We need to engage with Instagram and TikTok creators with a sweet spot of 2-10k followers. Those creators must be focused on the aforementioned jurisdictions, and presenting in their local language. Please remember that point! However, also remember we will need creators elsewhere beyond Q1. The creators will be promoting our app to their viewers, to be listed on 11 download platforms. With their own discount code. Our Creator payment model is NOT to pay a fixed fee for a video, but instead we will pay them an initial commission based on the download subscription, and then a renewal fee each time the subscriber renews. Both initial and renewal commissions commence at a standard rate, but with three additional tiers for the top, the elite creators. We have developed a state of the art creator portal where engaged creators can view all their financial metrics, including commission pipeline, renewals, cancellations, track and benchmark performance etc. Both numerically, and with easy to understand visuals. We also have an elite creator programme, where the top creators will be able to quality for an annual, all expenses paid 3 day offsite. Clearly we are seeking to engage with creators who are commercially minded and want to build their own business. We have created 6 sample videos for them to review, but each piece to camera will be their own effort. Our engagement contract is under Irish law. We are currently producing a teaser reel/short film to serve as a proof-of-concept. We plan to achieve this 2D animated style character using a 3D model and and motion capture technology. What We Will Provide: To ensure you have everything you need to accurately capture Roxy's personality and design, we will supply comprehensive 2D reference materials, including: - Rough sketches and conceptual drawings. - Final, polished 2D character designs and turnarounds. - Detailed expression sheets (crucial for guiding facial rigging and blendshapes). The Role: We are looking for a talented 3D Character Artist and Technical Animator to take our 2D character designs and build a fully functional, production-ready 3D character. You will be responsible for the entire pipeline of this character: from the initial 3D modelling, texturing, and finally, creating a robust rig tailored for motion capture data animation. Scope of Work: - 3D Modelling: Accurately translate our provided 2D drawings into a high-quality 3D model. - Texturing/Shading: Fully texture the character to match the intended art style. - Rigging for Mocap: Build a skeletal and facial rig optimized for motion capture data retargeting. - The rig must be clean, functional, and ideally compatible with standard mocap setups (e.g., Vicon). - Weight Painting: Ensure smooth, natural deformations during movement. Technical Requirements: - Software Compatibility: The final deliverable must be fully compatible with Autodesk Maya. - File Format: The final model and rig must be delivered as an .FBX file. - Clean Topology: The model must have clean, animation-friendly edge flow.
