I am seeking a proactive and highly organised Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support during a short-term period while I manage a family emergency.
This role will involve supporting both myself and a small team of interns, ensuring continuity of work and providing hands-on guidance where required. The successful candidate will need to quickly understand the role and step in with confidence to support younger team members in a structured and professional manner.
Comprehensive manuals and guides will be provided, outlining all processes and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day administrative support
Responding to incoming enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Supporting interns with tasks and helping maintain workflow
Acting as a key point of coordination, connecting tasks, people and processes effectively
Following established systems and ensuring smooth delivery of work
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive problem-solver with logical and methodical thinking
Confident using social media platforms, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems
Ability to quickly learn processes and work independently
Strong communication skills and a supportive approach to team members
This role is less about executing tasks directly and more about coordinating activity and ensuring everything runs smoothly, connecting the dots across the team.
Duration & Opportunity:
Immediate start with training provided
Initial duration of 3 weeks
Potential for extension or a permanent role for the right candidate
Ideally needs to be UK based and understand Uk based
