Senior Technical Interviewer

Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Interviewer, you will do interview on behalf of my developers' name located in USA because they are currently on other jobs at this point. You would jump into the interviews only and jump into the standup meetings after my developers share the daily tasks updates. Therefore, you would focus on interviewing only, and my developers will focus on the technical deliverables.

Responsibilities
• Understand the candidates' resumes in advance before jumping into the interviews
• Prepare for the interviews for the specific profile, such as overview, work experience, and the job requirements carefully
• Fluently express your experience in project design, architecture, and implementation from your area of expertise (e.g., backend, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud)
• Collaborate with internal dev team to share the updates in the daily standup meetings
• Maintain regular communication with dev team on project status and deliverables

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Good experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or AI/ML Engineer
• Strong expertise in one or more of: Python, TypeScript, Go, React/Vue, AWS, or Azure
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery independently
• Prior experience working with international or U.S.-based clients preferred

Compensation
This role operates under a profit-sharing model: you will receive 20% of net profits generated from your assigned U.S. projects. Additionally, you will be paid an extra $10 per hour for the calls.
