Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required. From our assessment, there are relatively few changes remaining on the desktop version, with a little more work required on the mobile web version. However, we have not yet seen the software fully working, either via a live demonstration or a comprehensive video. We have our own server infrastructure and a dedicated server administrator. The first task would be to assess whether all source code has been deployed correctly, review the current state of the project, and thoroughly test the application to identify any remaining issues before completing the outstanding work.
