Hi, I’m interested in the WooCommerce build, particularly the emphasis on a custom implementation rather than a standard theme setup. Before I submit my proposal and relevant portfolio examples, I’d like to clarify a few points around the existing setup, technical requirements and delivery process:

1. Is there an existing WordPress/WooCommerce installation to work with, or will the project start with a fresh environment?
2. Are the Figma designs complete for all required pages and responsive breakpoints, including product, category, cart, checkout and account experiences?
3. Approximately how many products, variations and attributes will the initial catalogue contain, and is the product data already prepared for import?
4. Are there any existing plugins or WooCommerce extensions that must be retained, or is the developer free to recommend the required implementation?
5. For the material, collection, size and price filters, are there specific filtering behaviours or UX requirements already defined in the Figma designs?
6. Are Stripe and PayPal accounts already configured, and are there any specific payment, tax or currency requirements?
7. How complex are the shipping rules, for example different rates by location, weight, product type, order value or delivery method?
8. For wishlist and abandoned-cart recovery, do you already have preferred tools/providers, or should these be selected and configured as part of the build?
9. What hosting/server environment will the production site run on, and will I have access to configure caching, CDN, database and server-level performance settings where necessary to achieve the sub-2-second target?
10. How will the sub-2-second performance requirement be measured and under what testing conditions, given that performance can vary depending on hosting, traffic and third-party services?
11. Who will be responsible for final design/functional QA and approval, and how many rounds of fixes are expected before production deployment?
12. Will the project include migration or integration with any existing customer accounts, orders, products or other eCommerce data?
13. Is the 1–6 month timeframe flexible based on the final scope, or is there a specific launch date the development needs to work towards?
14. What level of post-launch bug-fix support are you expecting, and for how long after deployment?
15. Is the project approved and ready to commence, and is there an established budget or milestone payment structure for the build?

-/ Approximately how many products and variations will you have at launch, and will you provide the product data in CSV or another format?

-/ For filtering, should material, collection, size, and price work with AJAX without page reloads?

-/ How complex are the shipping rules are they based on location, weight, order value, product type, or a combination?

Third-party integrations: Apart from Stripe and PayPal, are there any CRM, ERP, email marketing, analytics, shipping, tax, or other integrations required?
Content: Will the copy, product images, and other content be provided, or should content population be included in the scope?
Launch: Do you have a target launch date or any fixed deadline I should work toward?
Post-launch support: How long would you expect the short-term bug-fix support period to be after launch?

2. Also, is this a completely new WooCommerce build from the Figma designs, or is there an existing WordPress/WooCommerce store, theme or product database that needs to be retained/migrated?
