Description
I'm looking for a Website Designer with experience working with Squarespace to create a polished & elegant e-commerce website. I would be looking for the final website to include:
~ a homepage;
~ shop feature (basket and checkout pages);
~ individual product pages;
~ about page;
~ contact us page;
~ delivery, returns and FAQs page;
~ payment gateway configuration;
~ mobile/tablet optimisation;
~ social media integration; and
~ email sign-up.
There may be some Etsy integration whilst working on the above, or later down the line.

1. Do you already have the branding, content, product images, and copy ready?
2. How many products will you be adding initially, and do they have variants such as size or colour?
3. Which payment gateway and delivery options would you like to use?
4. Do you already have a Squarespace account, domain, and hosting set up?
5. What Etsy integration do you require—product syncing, inventory, orders, or something else?
6. Do you have a preferred Squarespace template/design style or reference websites?
7. Which email marketing platform would you like to integrate for email sign-ups?
8. Do you have a target launch date and budget for the project? -

Hi Sam, will Squarespace be the main product/inventory system, or do you want Etsy stock and orders synchronised with it later? That affects how we structure products and SKUs from the start.
To begin, we’d need: Squarespace collaborator access, brand assets, page copy, product details/images/pricing, shipping rules, payment setup preference, social links, and any reference sites you like.
Once those are in WorkStream, we can begin immediately. -

Hi Sam,
The scope looks clear and the polished/elegant direction sounds well suited to Squarespace. Just a few questions before suggesting the best approach:
1. Roughly how many products would you like added for the initial launch?
2. Do you already have your logo/branding, product photography and written content ready?
3. Is there a particular website or visual style you’d like the new site to take inspiration from?
4. For Etsy, are you looking to synchronise products/orders with your existing Etsy shop, or simply link the two initially?
5. Do you already have your Squarespace account/domain set up, or would you like that handled as part of the project?
Thanks — once I understand those points, I should be able to suggest a clear scope and timeframe. -

Hi Sam,
Are there any Squarespace websites you like as a reference for the elegant look and shopping experience you want?
Do you already have the product catalogue, images, descriptions, and pricing ready, or would you need support preparing these for the Squarespace store?
Do you have any brand guidelines?
Thanks!
