I need FSVP, USDA NOP, and HACCP plans.

I'm reaching out on behalf of Malutar, a US-based importer of organic Darjeeling tea (10 SKUs, black and green tea, some flavored) sourced from a single manufacturer in India. We're looking for help drafting a set of compliance documents, and I want to be upfront about the scope so we're aligned before starting.

What we need drafted:
1. FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) plan — hazard analysis, supplier evaluation/approval documentation, verification activity procedures, corrective-action procedures, and recordkeeping structure.
2. HACCP plan — covering our manufacturing/process flow, ingredient and inclusion hazards (we have specific heavy-metals considerations on a few SKUs containing ginger and turmeric flavoring), and critical control points.
3. Organic, Non-GMO, and Vegan OSP (Organic System Plan) documentation — formulation percentages, ingredient-level organic/non-GMO/vegan status, supplier certification compilation, and supporting documentation for our certifying agent's review.

Important context on scope: we will be providing the underlying source material — our product specifications, supplier and manufacturer documentation, lab testing results (heavy metals, nutritional analysis), formulation data, and process flow information from our manufacturer. We're looking for someone to organize, draft, and format this into properly structured documents following the correct regulatory frameworks. All documents you draft will be reviewed and finalized by a qualified compliance professional we're separately engaging, so please treat this as first-draft/structural work built from data we supply, not final sign-off.

A few questions before we move forward:
- Have you drafted FSVP plans, HACCP plans, and/or Organic System Plans before? If so, for what product categories, and can you share an anonymized sample or describe your process?
- Do you have experience with imported food products specifically (as opposed to domestic manufacturing)?
- What information would you need from us to get started, and roughly how long would each document take?
- How do you handle confidentiality of supplier and formulation information we'd be sharing with you?
- Can you provide pricing for each document separately, and as a bundle?

We may engage more than one person for different pieces of this if that makes sense, so separate pricing per document is helpful.
