React, Node Postgress Developer

We have a software project that is almost complete, but unfortunately the original developer has become unresponsive, leaving us unable to launch. The project is based around the board game **Backgammon**, which is also played online. Serious players analyse their matches using software called **Extreme Gammon (XG)**. Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required. From our assessment, there are relatively few changes remaining on the desktop version, with a little more work required on the mobile web version. However, we have not yet seen the software fully working, either via a live demonstration or a comprehensive video. We have our own server infrastructure and a dedicated server administrator. The first task would be to assess whether all source code has been deployed correctly, review the current state of the project, and thoroughly test the application to identify any remaining issues before completing the outstanding work. Faces need to hold likeness across dozens of pages and communicate a lot with very little (a look, a held silence, a hand). The objective of this project is to build high-quality databases of educational institutions using each country's official register as the authoritative master source and, where necessary, enrich the records with publicly available contact information extracted from the institutions' official websites. Although each country has its own official register, terminology and technical requirements, the overall methodology is consistent across all projects: 1. Obtain the official register of educational institutions. 2. Build the master database containing all active institutions. 3. Visit each institution's official website, where applicable. 4. Extract publicly available contact information. 5. Select the best contact details according to the predefined rules. 6. Produce one final record for each institution. Country-specific instructions—including official data sources, extraction procedures, field mappings, crawling rules, technical requirements and output specifications—are provided in the corresponding annexes. Each annex forms an integral part of this methodology and shall prevail whenever a country requires procedures that differ from the general approach described above. VALIDATION Before the project is awarded, please submit a validation sample demonstrating that you have fully understood the required methodology. The sample must include 5 records for each of the following sources: • England • Slovakia • Norway • Turkey The sample must follow exactly the same extraction rules, field mappings and output structure that will be used for the final deliverables. Only freelancers whose validation sample meets the required quality standards will be considered for the project award. We need someone to build and run an image generation pipeline for it. THE WORK Each book series has its own visual style, defined by a written style guide and a small set of reference images. Your job is to turn that into a repeatable engine: train the style, lock it, and produce around 110 print-ready images per series to a supplied brief. The images are composed to a page layout, so composition is directed, not left to the model. Each one has a specified size and a specified job on the page. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO - Build custom ComfyUI workflows at graph level. Not just run other people's. - Train LoRAs properly. Dataset curation, captioning, hyperparameters, and knowing when a model has overfit. - Control composition with ControlNet, depth, pose and regional prompting. - Inpaint and repair to a print standard. - Script and batch with Python. This is volume work and it cannot be done by hand in a GUI. - Prepare for print: 300dpi, upscaling, CMYK, colour management. - Document what you build, so someone else can run it.
