The Role:
I am seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end sourcing for two active client mandates. This is a results-driven, "no-fluff" role focused on high-quality delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
Targeted Sourcing: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for two distinct client briefs.
Candidate Vetting: Identify, screen, and present only shortlist-ready candidates who meet specific, high-level criteria.
Precision Delivery: Provide data-driven updates and maintain momentum. No long-winded reports or unnecessary administrative overhead.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for these two mandates, ensuring professional and efficient communication throughout.
What I Need From You:
Proven Search Expertise: You have a background in executive search or headhunting and know how to source passive talent effectively.
Autonomous Execution: You require minimal oversight. Once the brief is provided, you own the process and the results.
Quality Standard: You prioritize accuracy and "ready-to-hire" quality over sheer volume.
Requirements:
Experience managing multiple client recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong command of direct-sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, etc.).
Ability to translate requirements into actionable searches immediately.
