Content Automation Dashboard for Existing Algorithm (BIG AL)

I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build Stage 2 of my platform.
I already have a working algorithm called Big AL that selects products for TikTok Lives and tracks analytics such as popularity, demand, sales history, conversion rates and live scheduling.
I'm not looking to rebuild the algorithm.
Instead, I need a developer to build a Content Engine and Approval Dashboard that reads Big AL's data and automatically generates branded social media content.
The system should:
Connect to an existing algorithm (API/Database/JSON)
Read product selections and analytics
Populate reusable templates automatically
Generate graphics and short animated content
Display everything in an approval dashboard
Allow simple editing before export
Export ready-to-use assets for TikTok, Instagram and my website
This is intended to be the foundation of a larger content automation platform, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys designing scalable systems.
