What we lack is someone with the time to post consistently and keep up with comments and messages. The monthly work covers around twenty posts across the two platforms, built from product photography and design previews we supply, plus short vertical videos cut from footage we send. You handle selection, editing, captions, hashtags, scheduling and daily community replies during US business hours. Genuine customer service issues get passed to us rather than answered. Tone is the thing that matters most here. Our audience can tell instantly when a brand is faking familiarity with gaming culture, and it backfires hard. We need someone who actually gets the references, not someone applying a generic content calendar. If your experience is all mainstream consumer brands, this probably is not the right fit.
