Create 5 Branded Budgeting and Savings Spreadsheet Templates

I’m launching a digital product business called PP, with the tagline “Small steps, endless possibilities.”

I’m looking for someone to create five attractive, easy-to-use spreadsheets that I can sell as digital downloads. They should help everyday users feel confident about managing their money and excited to start working towards their goals.

The five spreadsheets

1. Everyday Money & Cash-Flow Planner
Track income, bills and spending, forecast balances between paydays, and show how much is available for savings. Include a monthly overview and savings pots.
2. Florida Holiday Savings Planner
Plan holiday costs, deposits and payment deadlines, calculate savings targets, track spending money, and show progress towards the total holiday budget.
3. Christmas Budget & Savings Planner
Include gifts, food, activities and other costs, a weekly savings target, purchase tracking and remaining budget. It should be reusable each year.
4. Side-Hustle Profit & Goal Tracker
Track sales, expenses, platform fees and postage. Show profit by product and month, plus how much profit has been allocated towards personal savings goals.
5. Save With Purpose — Goal Planner
Set savings goals and target dates, calculate weekly or monthly contributions, record savings and extra income, and show how changing contributions affects progress.

Design and usability

* A consistent, polished design across the collection.
* Suitable for beginners, with plain English instructions.
* Clearly marked input cells and protected formula cells.
* Automatic calculations and simple visual dashboards.
* UK pounds and UK date formats but with option to select US version
* Flexible start dates and reusable templates.
* No macros, paid add-ons or external data connections.
* Ideally available for both Excel and Google Sheets; please explain any compatibility limitations.

Deliverables

* Five finished spreadsheets, each with a blank customer version and a completed example.
* A short “Start Here” guide within each spreadsheet.
* Fully editable master files, including access to all formulas.
* Testing of formulas, blank entries, date changes and common input errors.
* Original work with full commercial rights for me to brand, edit and sell repeatedly as digital downloads.
* Two rounds of revisions and an agreed period for correcting any formula errors found after delivery.

I would like the Everyday Money & Cash-Flow Planner completed first so we can agree the design and usability before creating the remaining four.
