25 days ago4 proposalsOn-site in West Bromwich, GBStill Your Mind - Business Development
Still Your Mind (SYM) is an established workplace wellbeing service providing accessible, confidential 1:1 emotional wellbeing support to employees. The approach is deliberately simple and human. Rather than waiting until someone is struggling enough to seek formal mental health support, SYM gives employees a confidential space to talk, reflect, reset and develop practical ways of managing the pressures of work and life. Mindfulness sits at the heart of the approach, alongside practical emotional wellbeing strategies. Where the business is now I have grown Still Your Mind organically and have now been delivering the service successfully within an organisation for several years. It works. Employees use the service, engagement has grown, and the relationship with the organisation has continued. I now want to take what I've learned, package the model more clearly and introduce Still Your Mind to other organisations. I'm therefore looking for someone who can help me open those doors. Who I want to reach The main decision-makers are: HR Directors / HR Managers Heads of People / People Directors Employee Wellbeing Leads Heads of Employee Experience Occupational Health / Health & Wellbeing Leads Senior leaders responsible for employee wellbeing Initially, I would like to focus on UK organisations with enough employees to justify an ongoing wellbeing provision. The proposition Many organisations already have EAPs, wellbeing platforms and mental health resources. Still Your Mind isn't intended to replace them. It fills the gap around them. There are employees who are struggling, overwhelmed or underperforming but who don't necessarily see themselves as needing formal mental health support. Others simply won't reach out to an EAP. SYM provides a lower-barrier, human alternative: confidential 1:1 wellbeing conversations that employees can access before problems become bigger. The aim is not simply to support people when they're struggling. It's to help people function better, feel better and thrive at work. For the organisation, that has the potential to support engagement, performance, retention and absence prevention while demonstrating a genuine investment in employee wellbeing. What makes SYM different The service is personal rather than platform-led. Employees aren't being directed towards another app, website or library of resources. They have access to a real person and a confidential space where the support adapts to the individual. The SYM approach is built around three stages: Awareness → Space → Choice Helping people notice what's happening, create enough mental space to respond differently, and make choices that support their wellbeing. What I need from an appointment setter I'm not looking for someone to hard-sell wellbeing services. I'm looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter/business developer who can identify appropriate organisations, reach the right HR/People decision-makers and create enough interest for them to agree to an introductory conversation with me. Your job is to open the door. My job is to have the conversation and sell the service. Initially, I'd like to run a small, measurable pilot rather than commit to a large monthly retainer. I'd therefore be interested in either: a small number of calling/outreach hours; a short pilot campaign; or a modest base fee combined with payment for qualified appointments that actually attend. The measure of success for me is straightforward: Good-quality conversations in my diary with HR/People decision-makers who have a genuine interest in improving employee wellbeing. If we can demonstrate that the approach generates those conversations, I am looking for someone I can continue working with as Still Your Mind grows.

Style This is important. We are not looking for heavily animated, fast-cut or gimmicky TikTok-style editing. These are real students talking about their experiences and we want them to remain the focus. The finished videos should feel: warm | authentic | credible | professional | modern Think high-quality school marketing rather than influencer content. When applying Please provide: Your fixed price for the complete four-video project Your expected turnaround time Confirmation that your price includes both aspect ratios and one round of revisions 2–3 examples of similar interview, testimonial, education or talking-head social videos you have edited Confirmation that you are comfortable producing and manually checking accurate English captions Please do not send a generic portfolio containing only music videos, gaming videos or highly animated social content. I would like someone to create a code or macro that lets me quickly export standard views of a 3D model from Solidworks CAD (2024 & 2026 but ideally not version specific). Currently to export screenshots to send to people I manually orient the model to specific views - e.g. front, top, left and snap a jpeg. I would like to automate this to save time, so it will automatically take the standard views and export them to a named folder. For example see in the images the manual method, I would align to each view to get the views shown top right. I don't mind what method is used to create this but ideally would like a single button or shortcut key to press to activate the routine.

SVG Illustrator for Clinical Findings in Equine Dental Charts
We run a browser-based veterinary practice management software containing a new dental charting tool that veterinarians use to record findings during an equine dental examination. The chart itself — the tooth outlines, jaw contours and chewing surfaces — already exists as inline SVG in a single self-contained HTML file. What is missing is the set of graphics that appear on a tooth when the user records a finding. We are looking for an illustrator to draw and integrate those graphics: 17 findings in total, covering things like enamel overgrowths, wear patterns, fractures, and pictogram-style symbols. You work directly inside the existing file, adding SVG geometry only. The HTML and CSS structure, the coordinate system and the existing tooth drawings stay exactly as they are. No veterinary or anatomical knowledge is required. You will receive a detailed 42-page brief that explains everything from scratch — the three views of the chart, the direction terms, the tooth numbering — plus lots of annotated reference images showing how each finding should look. Every work package has its own specification: which view, which teeth, which options, how the finding is removed again. What matters most to us is precision. The graphics have to sit exactly on the anatomy they belong to, at every tooth, in every quadrant, and they have to stay correct when other tools lengthen, shorten, rotate or remove a tooth. Please expect and be willing to work through several rounds of corrections; we give specific, marked-up feedback and respond quickly. Ideal fit: strong vector illustration skills, comfortable hand-authoring and editing SVG path data inside an HTML file rather than exporting from a drawing app, and genuinely enjoys detail work. In your proposal, please tell us: examples of precise vector work you have done, whether you are comfortable working directly in SVG markup and your availability.

I’m considering appointing someone to manage Google Ads for my tuition business, Improve Tuition. I’ve looked through your PeoplePerHour offer and reviews, and I’m particularly interested in your approach to search-term management and negative keywords. Before I proceed, could you clarify a few points for me? - Do you build an initial negative keyword list before the campaign goes live? - How frequently do you review the Search Terms report? - How aggressively do you add irrelevant searches as negative keywords? - Would you initially lean more towards exact and phrase match rather than broad match? - At what point would you consider introducing broad match or Performance Max? - Will the Google Ads account remain fully owned by me, including all campaign history, keywords, negative keywords and conversion tracking? - What conversions would you recommend tracking for a tuition business? - Can qualified leads or actual paying students be fed back into Google Ads, rather than optimising only for form submissions or clicks? - Your standard offer covers up to three campaigns and £1,500 monthly ad spend — how would you structure that for a business offering Maths, English and Science, both locally and online? - If the account grows beyond three campaigns, what would your ongoing management cost normally look like? My main concern is disciplined week-by-week management rather than simply setting the campaign up and leaving Google to optimise it. If the campaign generates qualified enquiries and paying students at a sensible acquisition cost, I would be happy to scale the advertising budget over time. Thanks, Gh

Design for our brand of cleaning and air care products
We have our own brand of cleaning products, which are primarily sold in the UK, but are also sold elsewhere across Europe. We require a talented designer who can understand our branding and identity as we have a range of new products being launched for which designs are to be made. They must comply with regulations such as CLP and you must have an awareness of good quality design which will look premium and attractive to the consumer. Whilst this job is just to design the front and rear labels for 2 new products, there is scope for you to become our go-to designer for future projects, since we have 20+ products in the roadmap. Each product has a die-cut line, which the design must be within. We prefer someone we can pick up the phone to and have a conversation. Ownership is important. Any images or text used we must be able to own the intellectual property to avoid future issues.
