Seeking a proactive Freelance IT & Digital Systems Support specialist to provide flexible, on‑site and remote assistance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and OS (Windows, macOS, Linux), managing Active Directory, servers, LAN/VPN/DNS/TCP‑IP, firewalls, cloud and external storage, media backup workflows, corrupted file recovery, Meta/Google business account access and permissions, and documenting systems. Candidate must be reliable, responsive, experienced with large media files, networking, security, and clear communication for non‑technical users. West Bromwich attendance when required.
