Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am developing a new animated children’s YouTube channel for children aged approximately 2–6, featuring recurring cute cartoon dog characters and short, story-led adventures.
I am looking for an experienced AI animator/video producer and editor to turn my completed scripts and creative direction into polished animated YouTube videos.
This is a confidential, white-label role with the potential for regular ongoing work producing 2 videos per week.
What I provide
I will provide:
Completed story and script
Existing character designs and references
Creative and visual direction
Scene and animation guidance
Dialogue/narrative structure
Guidance on style, pacing and overall feel
The main characters have already been created in OpenArt, so you will not need to develop the concept or characters from scratch.
What I need
You will turn the supplied materials into a finished 3–5 minute animated video, including:
Creating scenes/shots from my script
Maintaining consistent characters across scenes, poses and camera angles
Creating appropriate environments/backgrounds
AI image-to-video/animation
Character movement and expressions
Dialogue/lip-sync where required
Voices, sound effects and background music
Editing, transitions and pacing
Final 16:9 YouTube-ready video
The style should be cute, colourful, warm and high-quality, designed for young children without being excessively busy or overstimulating.
This is specifically an AI-assisted production workflow, not traditional frame-by-frame animation. Experience with OpenArt is preferred, although experience with other AI image/video tools is welcome.
Character consistency is extremely important.
Budget & ongoing work
Once the initial workflow is established:
2 videos per week
3–5 minutes each
Budget: approximately £100 per week / £50 per video
I understand the first episode may require additional setup, so please quote separately for the first video if necessary.
I am looking for someone who can become my regular video producer, so there is ongoing work available if the first project is successful.
Please state whether AI platform/generation costs are included in your price or would need to be supplied separately.
Confidentiality & ownership
This is a confidential, white-label project.
The characters, scripts, stories, concepts, branding and other materials I provide remain my intellectual property.
Commissioned animations, videos and bespoke assets created for this project must be assigned to me upon payment, subject to our agreed contract terms.
Project materials and commissioned content must not be reused, resold, published or adapted for other projects.
The work must not be published on your own channels, social media, portfolio or showreel without my prior written permission.
When applying
Please provide:
Examples of AI animation/video you have personally created.
An example showing the same character consistently across multiple scenes.
Any children's animation examples.
The AI tools you use and whether you use OpenArt.
Your estimated turnaround for a 3–5 minute video.
Your price for the first video if additional setup is required.
Confirmation that you can work towards £50 per video / £100 per week for two videos.
Confirmation that you are happy working confidentially on a white-label basis.
Please do not send a generic portfolio. I specifically want someone experienced in AI animation who can maintain consistent recurring characters.
