Build a Real-Time Multi-Platform Marketing Dashboard
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / BI Dashboard Developer to build a real-time marketing dashboard that consolidates data from multiple marketing and CRM platforms into a single reporting interface. This is a fixed-scope project. We are looking for someone who has successfully completed similar implementations before and can deliver a production-ready solution with minimal guidance. This is not an exploratory or iterative project. Project Scope Build an automated data pipeline and dashboard using the following architecture (or a better alternative): Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Zoho CRM Google Search Console Bing Webmaster Tools → ETL/Data Pipeline (Windsor.ai or equivalent) → BigQuery → Looker Studio Dashboard Deliverables Connect all required platforms using Windsor.ai or another reliable ETL solution. Configure BigQuery as the central data warehouse. Build a professional Looker Studio dashboard with automated data refresh. Create clear, well-organized reports showing key marketing and business metrics. Provide documentation covering the architecture, setup process, and maintenance. Provide 3 months of post-delivery support for any implementation-related issues. Dashboard Requirements The dashboard should include: Campaign performance across all advertising platforms Spend, Clicks, Impressions, CTR, CPC and CPM Leads, Cost per Lead and CRM conversions Website traffic and GA4 metrics Organic search performance from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools Cross-channel performance comparison Date filters and interactive reporting Timeline Project completion within 2 days. At present: • Serial numbers, customer/site details, purchase dates, warranties and service contracts are held in a macro-enabled Excel workbook. • The workbook contains a main warranty list plus separate sheets for larger contract customers. • Works Orders are prepared to instruct a service provider or repair centre about an onsite or returned printer fault. • RMAs are produced when a printer is being returned to us, a supplier or a repair centre. • Repairs may be covered by warranty, a service contract or handled as an ad hoc chargeable job. • Label specifications are split between limited Sage descriptions and older Excel forms containing customer-facing and confidential manufacturing details
