We initially agreed on a fixed cost for website maintenance, of which I completed over 70%. Midway, the buyer requested a complete shift in scope—to stop maintenance and build a new website from scratch, based on a reference site. We mutually agreed on a new fixed price for this development work.

To maintain goodwill, I did not charge for the substantial maintenance work already completed. We agreed on 50% upfront for the new site, with the remaining 50% upon completion. I incorporated all requested feedback, including additional features, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimization, and delivered the final website.

After delivery, the buyer became unresponsive and has not cleared the remaining balance despite multiple follow-ups. I involved PPH support, after which the buyer left negative feedback on the first invoice. They also changed access credentials post-delivery.

Given the circumstances, I respectfully request to PPH to review of the feedback, as it does not reflect the quality of work delivered or my professionalism throughout the project.
