We'd like to clarify a few points:

1. Approximately how many asset records and label specifications will be migrated from Excel?

2. Do you already have branded Works Order and RMA templates that you'd like us to reproduce?

3. Which version of Sage 50 are you currently using, and is CSV import sufficient for Phase 1?

4. Approximately how many users do you expect initially, and do you anticipate future customer or service-provider logins?

For the first phase, would you prefer the portal to closely replicate your current Excel workflow, or are you open to redesigning parts of the process if it results in a simpler and more efficient system?

• Which user roles will access the portal (e.g., Admin, Staff, Service Team, Clients)?

• Do you already have the asset, service, and label specification workflows documented?

• Will the portal need integrations with any existing ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems?

• Are there any reporting, barcode/QR code, or document management features you want included?

- Regarding the existing Excel workbook, approximately how many customer records, assets, serial numbers, label specifications, and historical service records need to be migrated into the new portal? Also, would you like all historical data imported exactly as it exists, or should the migration include data cleaning, duplicate merging, and validation before it is added to the new system?

- For label specifications, should every change automatically create a new revision while preserving previous versions for audit purposes? Additionally, would you like users to compare revisions, restore previous versions, and maintain approval history for artwork and production specifications before manufacturing begins?

- Besides warranty and contract renewal reminders, are there other automated notifications you would like the system to send?
