14 hours ago18 proposalsRemoteU.S. High School Teacher for Short Cybersecurity Classroom Pilot
I am seeking an active, certified U.S. secondary school teacher (ideally teaching Grade 9–12 Computer Science, Technology, Business, Career Education, or Digital Literacy) to run a brief, anonymous classroom efficacy pilot. The pilot measures how effectively my free platform, GamingForLearning.com, helps students learn core cybersecurity skills. I am collecting this data for genuine educational evaluation. What I am asking you to do Administrative approval: Secure any permission you need from your school to run a short digital-literacy lesson (I provide a ready-to-use teacher guide). Pre-assessment: Give my short (about 10-minute) cybersecurity questionnaire to your class (roughly 25 students) before they start. The activities: Have students work through three short, free, browser-based activities — phishing awareness, cryptography, and incident response — at their own pace. No logins, no installs. Post-assessment: Give the identical questionnaire again afterwards to measure the aggregate before-and-after change. Report: Calculate your classroom-level average scores (for example, "class average rose from X to Y") and enter them on the one-page report template I provide, on your official school letterhead. No individual student data (FERPA) I do not want or accept any individual student data, names, or student IDs. You keep all individual answer sheets in your own records. You report only the final group-level averages. What I most need Your honest results, whatever they show. If the scores do not move much, that is genuinely useful — I am paying for your professional time and honest judgment, not for a positive result. Verification (required before the pilot begins) To confirm this is a genuine U.S. classroom, once we connect I will ask you to: Confirm your current U.S. school and teaching role, and provide proof of an active K-12 teaching license or current school employment. Deliver the final aggregate report scanned on your official school letterhead. Confirm your results through your official school channels. If you are a currently practising U.S. secondary teacher with a live class you could run this with in the next few weeks, please apply and I will follow up with the details.

Employment Law Paralegal Needed for NHS Capability Appeal
I am seeking an experienced UK employment-law paralegal, litigation case-preparation specialist or similarly qualified professional to help prepare a comprehensive internal appeal following an NHS capability/dismissal process. This is not simply a proofreading or formatting task. I need someone who can review a substantial body of evidence, organise it logically and help turn it into a clear, persuasive, professionally structured appeal. The principal requirement is substantive case analysis, not document formatting. I need the appointed person to independently review the evidence and advise which material supports or undermines the employer’s findings, identify contradictions and procedural issues, and use that analysis to formulate and strengthen the grounds of appeal. Please do not apply solely on the basis of document design, administrative organisation or general research experience. Relevant UK employment casework, legal case preparation or comparable professional experience is required. The work is likely to include: reviewing correspondence, competency assessments, meeting records, policies and supporting evidence; preparing a detailed chronology; identifying inconsistencies, contradictions and evidential gaps; mapping evidence against each ground of appeal; distinguishing factual evidence from assertion; helping structure and draft the appeal document; creating an indexed and paginated evidence bundle; ensuring the appeal cross-references accurately to the supporting evidence. Experience of UK employment disciplinary, capability or dismissal cases is essential. Experience of NHS employment matters, healthcare capability cases, professional regulation, HCPC matters or complex internal appeals would be particularly valuable. Strong analytical skills are more important to me than document design. I am looking for someone who can interrogate the evidence and help construct the case, rather than simply make the document look professional. The completed work may later be reviewed by an employment solicitor or barrister. Please include in your proposal: your relevant employment-law or litigation experience; any NHS/healthcare or professional-regulatory experience; examples of similar appeal or evidence-bundle work; your qualifications; your availability over the next few days; whether you charge hourly or prefer a fixed project fee. This is a confidential matter and all documents will need to be handled accordingly. UK employment-law experience essential.Strong knowledge and practical experience of UK employment law, disciplinary/capability procedures and dismissal appeals is essential. Applicants may be based anywhere, provided they have demonstrable experience of UK cases.

We're looking for a freelancer based in JAPAN — a native Japanese speaker currently living in Japan — to review our full website funnel from the perspective of a local customer. BUDGET: $60–120 depending on experience and depth. Quote your price in your proposal. This is NOT just a translation check. Our site is underperforming in the Japanese market and we want to know why, from a real local customer's point of view. WHAT YOU'LL DO — go through the full funnel (landing page to checkout) and tell us: - Do the translations sound natural and native, not just technically correct? - Does anything feel strange, confusing, too "Western," or uncommon in Japan? - Does the overall process and flow make sense for local customers? - Would Japanese customers expect different trust badges, payment-related information, guarantees, reviews, wording, icons, or other reassurance elements? - Are there cultural habits or preferences we may be missing? - What should be added, removed, rewritten, or presented differently? - Does the checkout feel trustworthy and easy to understand? - Could any wording reduce trust or make someone hesitate before purchasing? IMPORTANT — COMPETITOR COMPARISON: Please also compare our funnel with local competitors or other successful Japanese websites: how they present their offer, checkout, trust elements, wording, guarantees, payment information, reviews, badges, etc. Whenever you recommend a change, explain WHY and, when possible, give real examples from local websites — e.g. "This type of badge is commonly used on Japanese websites because customers here expect to see X before purchasing." This helps us tell true cultural/local expectations apart from personal preference. PLEASE DO NOT USE AI to perform the review or generate the feedback. We have already done extensive AI-based checks. What we are paying for now is a real human, native perspective: what feels natural to you, what you personally trust, what looks unusual, and what local websites actually do. Bottom line — look at it as a potential customer in Japan: "Would this feel normal to me? Would I trust it? Would I buy from this website? If not, why?" Feel free to be very critical and point out even small details. TIMELINE: This is urgent — delivery within 12–24 hours of starting, max. The website URL will be shared with the hired freelancer. If the work is done carefully and includes useful explanations and examples, we'll be very happy to leave an excellent review.

I run a fast-growing Christian faith app and need a reliable creator who can look into their phone and speak naturally for sixty seconds at a time. I supply every script, so you can focus on warm, genuine delivery - no editing, uploading or fancy gear required. The rhythm of the job is simple. Once you finish a brief, one-week, unpaid orientation, you'll settle into roughly ten paid hours a month, producing about ninety short videos. I batch scripts so you can knock out thirty clips in one or two relaxed sessions each week, entirely on your own schedule. I pay USD 25 per hour every Friday, no surprises. I welcome applicants with no professional recording background; if you're simply comfortable in front of the camera, that's perfect. Even if you've never read from a script before, the training week will show you how to keep your delivery clear and engaging. Deliverables - 90 selfie-style videos per month (about 30 weekly) - Each clip: ~60 seconds, spoken from the provided script - Files handed back unedited, straight from your phone After you send a proposal, tell me a little about yourself and any on-camera experience you do have - however informal. If it looks like a fit I'll ask for a quick audition video right here on PeoplePerHour, and qualified applicants can start training as early as Monday. Looking forward to meeting you on screen! Michael

Help designing window layout to the front elevation of a house
I have a project which I propose to start next April. This will be our 5th project, so we are well versed with the process and completing similar projects. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a Property Developer by profession: • We have planning permission for the works. • We designed the works and have had an architectural technician draw up the detail. • We have structural engineers designs and calculations. • We have construction drawings prepared. • We have Party Walls covered. • We have building Regs covered. • We have obtained quotes and have selected a builder. What we are not quite happy with is the front elevation which is probably the most important piece for us. How the house will look from the front is crucial. We have tried to finesse the elevation with our current “architectural technician” but he’s not a designer but is good at pulling the drawings together. We sent him AI generated images of what we wanted plus some photos of a property locally which we like. We like the painted brickwork, the colour of the pain etc. See pics and images below. I appreciate there are issues with where the openings sit in each room, but we are prepared to accept this to get the front looking its best. The roof on the drawings attached is not quite right too. Do you think you can help us get the location, sizes of the windows designed so it looks right? Let me know and if you can provide a quote for your input then I can obtain the CAD drawings. Kind Regards Jason

Shopify Developer Artist website with Custom Artwork configurer
I am looking for an experienced Shopify developer/designer to create a premium contemporary website for an established artist. The website will showcase original artworks and a new collection of personalised lettered resin artworks, which customers can configure and purchase online. The overall appearance should be minimal, contemporary, gallery-led and highly visual, using large photographs of artworks displayed in contemporary interiors. It must work exceptionally well on both desktop and mobile. CUSTOM ARTWORK CONFIGURATOR This is the most important element of the project. Customers need to create their artwork by selecting: 1. Artwork Size * 400 × 400 mm * 500 × 500 mm * 600 × 600 mm Each size will have a different base price. 2. Artwork Colour Choice of predetermined colours, preferably displayed as visual colour swatches. 3. Personalised Words/Phrase Customers enter their own wording. The system must calculate an additional price per letter/character and add this automatically to the artwork price. Different artwork sizes may have different maximum character limits. 4. Frame Colour Choice of three frame colours/finishes, each potentially having a different price. DYNAMIC PRICING The price should automatically calculate: Artwork size + options + number of letters + frame = final price The customer should see the price update immediately when changing their selections. All prices/options must be easily editable through Shopify without requiring a developer. LIVE ARTWORK PREVIEW Ideally, customers should see an approximate live visual representation of their artwork while configuring it. For example, entering their phrase and changing the artwork or frame colour would update the preview. I am open to recommendations regarding whether this should be custom-developed or use an existing Shopify product personalisation/configurator app. WEBSITE DESIGN The homepage should include: * Large in-situ images of artworks in contemporary interiors * Examples of available artworks * Prominent Create Your Own Artwork section * Original artworks for sale * Artist biography/story * Social media/Instagram integration * Premium contemporary gallery presentation There will also be a section selling one-off original artworks with multiple photographs, dimensions, medium, description, price, framing and delivery information. Sold original artworks should have the option to remain displayed and be marked SOLD. SHOPIFY / E-COMMERCE The website must be fully integrated with Shopify, including: * Shopify checkout/payments * Apple Pay/Google Pay where available * UK and international sales * Delivery calculated at checkout * VAT/tax configuration * Order confirmation emails * Discount codes * Inventory management * Customer order records The customer’s complete personalised specification — wording, size, colour and frame — must be clearly recorded against their Shopify order. MOBILE The mobile experience is extremely important as much of the traffic will come from social media. The complete artwork configuration and purchasing process must be simple and intuitive on smartphones. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT The website should allow additional sizes, colours, frames, lettering styles and artwork collections to be introduced later. It should also have good foundations for Google SEO, Analytics, Meta/Facebook tracking, email marketing and abandoned-cart functionality. I need to be able to manage the website myself after launch, including adding artworks, changing prices/options, uploading photographs and editing content. DESIGN DIRECTION Minimal / contemporary / premium / gallery quality / highly visual. It should feel like a high-end contemporary art/design brand rather than a generic Shopify store. PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL Please provide: * Examples of relevant Shopify websites you have developed * Examples of product configurators/personalisation systems * How you propose building the artwork configurator * Whether you recommend bespoke development or a Shopify app * How the live artwork preview would work * Estimated total cost * Any ongoing app/software costs * Estimated timeframe * Post-launch support * Confirmation I will have full Shopify admin access and ownership of any bespoke code Please only apply if you have strong Shopify development experience, ideally involving personalised products, dynamic pricing or product configurators.
