Website development for dog walking business

Hello I need a basic website developed quickly as I start my business in a few weeks. I used a graphic designer to develop a logo and basic assets but then also used them to develop a website and it hasn't worked out as they didn't have the basic skills to do it e.g. SEO / forms etc. I have subscribed to Ionos and they host my domain for now. The designer didn't like the basic template Ionos have and wanted me to upgrade but the monthly fee for word press was too high, so they switched to readymag. I didn't like readymag much. I have heard wix is good but am open to suggestions e.g. stay with Ionos or switch. So, the basic pages and content have been written and i'm just looking for someone to help me sort out the mess and create a website using the existing content that is easy for me to manage, looks professional, and is easy to navigate with customers able to use a simple enquiry form. I also have customer registration docs which are in word form and which will also need to be digitalised into a simple form that customers can complete and the information goes into a database for me to manage. I own a wordpress website (a french and english version) and i often get "404 - Not Found - The resource requested could not be found on this server!". My IT man cannot put his finger on the issue and I pressed on time as even clearing cache, i cant access the pages. You can access the homepage but not the other pages.
