Connecting my Instagram account to MegaFollow

Hi, I need help fixing a persistent MegaFollow connection issue for my business Instagram account, The Tropical Duchess.

MegaFollow disconnects almost immediately after I enter my Instagram login details. I’ve already tried Safari and Private Browsing and checked my Instagram login activity. MegaFollow support has not responded to my emails.

Have you personally troubleshot MegaFollow or similar Instagram automation tools that disconnect immediately after login?

I can use both an iPhone and a computer. I will not share my Instagram password or security codes.
