UK Training Services Ltd is a growing UK-based professional training provider specialising in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Pre-Hospital Care (FREC 3 & 4), Health & Safety, Safeguarding and other accredited training courses.
We are looking for an experienced, creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to develop our online presence, increase brand awareness and, most importantly, generate genuine customer enquiries and course bookings.
We want someone who understands how to market a professional training business, not simply someone who posts generic content.
What We Need
The successful freelancer will be responsible for:
Creating engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook posts and LinkedIn content.
Producing professional short-form promotional videos using suitable footage, graphics, captions and voice-overs.
Developing a consistent social media strategy to promote our training courses.
Creating eye-catching, branded advertisements and promotional campaigns.
Increasing our social media following and engagement organically.
Driving relevant traffic to our website and converting interest into enquiries and bookings.
Planning and scheduling regular content across our social media platforms.
Researching relevant industry trends, hashtags and content opportunities.
Advising on paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads.
Providing monthly performance reports showing reach, engagement, website traffic and leads.
TikTok & Video Content
TikTok and short-form video marketing will be a key part of this project.
We want professional, engaging videos that:
Promote our First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and FREC courses.
Explain the benefits of accredited training.
Target businesses, employers, training providers and individual learners.
Build trust and credibility in our training services.
Encourage viewers to visit our website and make bookings.
Content must be professional, accurate, original and appropriate for the UK training and healthcare education sector.
We do not want generic AI-generated videos, repetitive templates or low-quality automated content. AI-assisted tools may be used where appropriate, but the creative work must demonstrate genuine skill, originality and attention to our brand.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook video creation skills.
A portfolio of previous social media campaigns and video advertisements.
