Dystopian Hero Image for Website

I am an author looking to release both a website and also a trailer in support of a debut dystopian novel in December 2026.

I'm looking for an experienced Photoshop compositing artist (or matte painter) to create a highly realistic, cinematic landscape image featuring a monumental wall and watchtowers in a desolate, rubble-strewn environment.

I already have an AI-generated reference image showing the composition, positioning, perspective and general atmosphere I'm looking for. However, I want to move away from the recognisably AI-generated appearance and achieve something that feels much more authentic and photographic. To that end, I have images that I have taken myself, or could license from Pond 5.

The work would ideally involve:

- Retaining the broad composition and architectural arrangement of the reference image.
- Reconstructing or substantially refining the wall and watchtowers using appropriate photographic, 3D or manually created assets.
- Ensuring convincing architectural details, textures, lighting, shadows, scale and perspective.
- Integrating the architecture naturally with the sky.
- Creating a realistic landscape

Producing a finished image suitable for prominent use on an author's commercial website and for use in a trailer.

I'm particularly interested in artists with experience in photo-compositing or cinematic environment design.

Please provide examples of comparable work, particularly landscapes or architectural composites, together with your proposed approach, estimated fee and turnaround time.

Important: I expressly do not want generative AI to be used in producing or re-rendering the finished image. The existing AI-generated image is provided solely as a visual reference for composition, perspective and atmosphere. The final artwork should be constructed using traditional photographic compositing, licensed photographic assets, 3D modelling and/or manual digital painting. My objective is to achieve a genuinely photorealistic result, without the artificial appearance or visual inconsistencies often associated with AI-generated imagery, and where I can fully refer back to licensed/ owned images used.
