I work with various UK clients that offer products and services to various business sectors. I have recently had an influx of work so I would be happy to speak to you further about this work that could develop on an ongoing basis. Freelance B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are looking for an experienced freelance cold caller to start conversations with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers, then book qualified meetings with our team. Your role is to create interest and secure the right conversations. Our team will handle the meetings, proposals and closing. What you will do: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, using company research to make the conversation relevant. Establish whether there is a genuine business need, ask useful questions and explain where Built Logic could help. Handle objections and gatekeepers naturally, arrange follow-ups and book qualified appointments. Keep accurate call notes and outcomes in our CRM, and share feedback on what prospects are responding to. Who we are looking for: You must have proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting, ideally selling technology, consultancy or other business services to owners and directors. Construction-sector experience is useful, but not essential. You will need: Native-level spoken English, clear pronunciation and a natural telephone manner. You must be easily understood by UK prospects and comfortable with unscripted conversations. Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers, listening carefully and responding without relying on a rigid script. Good judgement about when to explore an opportunity, arrange a follow-up or move on. A reliable internet connection, a good-quality headset and a quiet working environment. You do not need to be based in the UK, but you must be available to call during UK business hours. Technical AI expertise is not required, but you must be willing to learn our services and explain their business value clearly. What success looks like: We are looking for meetings that take place with relevant decision-makers who understand why they are speaking with us. Appointment quality matters, not simply filling the calendar.

I have an xls file, blank, except for a couple of demo records and the headers. I need someone to acquire the data to fill it out. There are locations online where the data is easily available, and we are only seeking information that isn't copyrighted (like a business name, location (inc co ordinates for a map), website, Email, and contact number - and some basic information about facilities). In total, there are about 5500 records to fill. I don't mind the use of automation and AI where it is lawful.
