Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Revit Designer to join our team for a variety of residential building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit modeling, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design, and structural design. The candidate will be responsible for producing detailed full set drawings and ensuring all designs meet required standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed and accurate Revit models for residential buildings. Design MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) for residential projects. Collaborate with structural engineers to integrate structural design into the building model. Produce high-quality full set drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and details. Review and interpret architectural plans and incorporate the necessary MEP and structural elements into the Revit model. Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure designs are aligned with the overall project goals. Assist in the creation of design documentation and reports.
