We are a UK commercial cleaning company looking for someone experienced with Google Workspace, Google Sites, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets and Apps Script to build a simple digital site-information system for our cleaning teams. We currently operate across multiple customer sites and want to replace much of our paper-based site manuals, COSHH information, safety data sheets, policies, RAMS, cleaning specifications etc. with a QR-based digital system. What we would like: Each customer site should have its own unique QR code displayed in the cleaning cupboard. Scanning the QR should open a simple, mobile-friendly Google Site containing information relevant to that particular customer/site, including: * Site information and contacts * Cleaning specifications and schedules * COSHH assessments * Safety Data Sheets * RAMS / safe working procedures * Company policies and Health & Safety information * Equipment instructions * Emergency information We also want a central master-document system so common documents such as company policies, COSHH assessments, SDS, generic RAMS and equipment instructions can be maintained centrally rather than duplicated unnecessarily across every customer site. Security and permissions are important. Someone accessing one customer site must not be able to browse or access information relating to our other customer sites. Reporting system We would also like a single company-wide “Report an Issue” QR code. This should open a simple Google Form allowing staff to report things such as: * Accidents * Incidents * Near misses * Safety concerns * Equipment faults The form should allow the employee to select their site, provide details and ideally upload photographs. I need a website to search and find something

I need a website to have a search for new products from a specific suppliers. It is 2 categories. One for new mobiles and one for parts. In the back end i need to setup the suppliers info like xml or user login passwords. Some of them must login to see the details of the product. My basic setup is to search a product (example: iPhone 18 pro max) and the reply of this must show me the supplier, the product , the quantity and the price of this. It will be run on online server. I don't need to store the answer just check who has and in who has the lower price. Maybe later add AI chat on this. Also at the search page we must have a password before hit the search because these are wholesale prices and suppliers. The supplier import page must be a easy form to add my supplier details.
