Create a 60-Second Christmas Cartoon for a UK Charity

Hi,
We are Burton DofE Association, a small UK charity, and would like a quotation for producing the attached 60-second Christmas cartoon.
The script and storyboard are included, but we would welcome your creative ideas. We require a landscape Facebook version and a vertical version for Reels, both with captions, voiceover, music and sound effects.
Please confirm your total price, expected completion time, number of revisions included and whether we will have full rights to use the finished video. Could you also send examples of similar character-based animation?
Many thanks,
Martin Hulbert
Chairman, Burton DofE Association
