UK Solicitor or Barrister Required – Commercial Legal Opinion

I am seeking a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister to review a new private contractual product and provide a written Legal Opinion under the law of England and Wales. The product is a Heritable Style-Title Package. It is structured as a modern private contractual product transferred by deed. The Product comprises a defined bundle of contractual rights, Company covenants, intellectual property rights and associated historical research transferred by a Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment. It is not intended to represent or transfer the original historic lordship, land, manorial rights, a peerage, title of nobility, Crown dignity, public office or official registration. Documents Provided To minimise the scope of work, I will provide: 1. Transaction Framework & Document Schedule (background information but detailed process and document information only) 2. F0 – Prospective Purchaser Information Guide 3. F1 – Customer Information, Order Summary & Terms of Sale 4. P1 – Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment I would welcome concise comments, tracked changes or replacement wording where appropriate as part of the review to support a Legal Opinion. Legal Opinion Required: I require a signed written Legal Opinion setting out your professional opinion on the documentation and process. The opinion should address, subject to any assumptions or qualifications you consider appropriate, whether: 1. the proposed contractual structure is legally sound and complies with the law of England and Wales; 2. the operative Deed is capable of creating and transferring the contractual rights it intends to create; 3. the package accurately describes the Product, its legal effect and clearly distinguishes the Product from any historic lordship or proprietary interest. I also request a short public summary (approximately one paragraph) which accurately reflects your conclusions and may be reproduced on the company website and within customer literature. Please confirm that you are currently authorised to practise as a solicitor or barrister in the UK and that this work falls within your area of expertise, along with your proposed fee and estimated timescale.

Website Re-Design

We've had a new website built on Wix. The actual back end is ready and coded. It's the design we want re-doing. We need to make sure the website is fully optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile. We want the website as Langford Direct, and showcasing 2 products equally - Sudstech and Trailflex. Needs to be done ASAP. 1. Branding colours We think each section should follow its own branding: • Sudstech pages – Sudstech blue. • Trailflex pages – Trailflex green. • Shared Langford Direct pages (Home, Projects, About Us, Resources, Contact etc.) – Langford Direct blue. We think this will give each brand its own identity while keeping everything consistent with the new brochures and data sheets. 2. Downloads We think the downloads should have their own dedicated page, so customers can see exactly what they're downloading before they click. It also gives us somewhere to include descriptions, specifications and any future documents we add. 3. Colour Range We'd also like the colour range to have its own standalone page. It's one of the most visited pages on our current website, so we'd prefer customers to have direct access to all of the colours rather than them being hidden behind the sample request form. 4. Page concepts We've put together a few concept mock-ups to show the sort of direction we're thinking. They're not intended to be copied exactly, but hopefully they'll give you a better idea of the layout, styling and overall feel we're aiming for.
