I need a website to have a search for new products from a specific suppliers. It is 2 categories. One for new mobiles and one for parts. In the back end i need to setup the suppliers info like xml or user login passwords. Some of them must login to see the details of the product. My basic setup is to search a product (example: iPhone 18 pro max) and the reply of this must show me the supplier, the product , the quantity and the price of this. It will be run on online server. I don't need to store the answer just check who has and in who has the lower price. Maybe later add AI chat on this.

Also at the search page we must have a password before hit the search because these are wholesale prices and suppliers. The supplier import page must be a easy form to add my supplier details.

    Hi Thanos, how many suppliers should the first version search, and do they offer XML/API access or only login-only websites? For the lowest-price comparison, should matches be exact by model, storage and condition (and part number for parts), and are prices all in the same currency and VAT basis? Finally, is €100 intended for an initial proof of concept or the whole deployed system? These details will let me define the first version and quote accurately.     When searching for something like “iPhone 18 Pro Max”, should the system match only the exact model, or should it also understand variations such as storage capacity, colour, region/version, SIM type, condition, and grade?

    For the supplier import/setup page, what information do you want to enter manually for each supplier? For example, supplier name, category, XML/API URL, username, password, API key, login URL, currency, feed format, and update/search settings. Should an administrator also have a “Test Connection” button so you can verify a supplier before using it in searches?

    You mentioned that the search page must require a password before wholesale prices can be viewed. Should this be one shared password, or should the system have individual user accounts with different permissions?

    How many suppliers are to be integrated?
    One honest point that will save you time and money: suppliers with an XML feed or API are fast and reliable, so I would start with those. Suppliers that only offer a login portal need a custom connection built for each one, and those can break if the supplier changes their website.
    On the other hand, how flexible is your budget? The budget seems a little too low what what you are trying to accomplish.
