UK Lawyer Required – Draft Pre-Action Letter (SEND / EHCP Transport Matter)
Job Description
I am seeking a UK-qualified lawyer (England & Wales) to draft a Pre-Action Protocol style letter regarding unlawful suspension of SEND transport provision for a child with an EHCP.
I simply require a legally robust letter drafted based on the information provided.
All facts, timelines, relevant law, and documentary evidence have already been compiled. I will provide:
A detailed one-page case summary;
A full chronology;
Copies of relevant correspondence;
A draft version of the letter;
References to statutory breaches (Children and Families Act 2014, Section 42, etc.).
Your role will be to:
Review the summary and draft;
Verify legal accuracy;
Strengthen legal framing where necessary;
Ensure the letter aligns with Pre-Action Protocol standards for Judicial Review;
Refine tone and structure to maximise effectiveness.
This is primarily a drafting and verification task, not ongoing representation.
Requirements
UK-qualified (England & Wales) lawyer preferred;
Experience in public law, SEND law, or judicial review desirable;
Ability to deliver within 48 hours;
Fixed fee preferred.
Please confirm:
Qualification status;
Relevant experience;
Fixed fee for drafting and review;
Earliest turnaround.
