    Hi Nathan
    Is the directory theme already customised heavily, or should we plan changes via a child theme to keep updates safe? Also, will property data be manual entry or synced from an external feed/API?
    For the country–region–city filters, do you want them dynamically linked (dependent dropdowns)? And do you already have a preferred multilingual plugin in mind?
