Technical support in Solar Industry

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our solar energy company, Otovo. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers and service partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of technical issues in the Norwegian and Swedish markets.

The job:

- Provide direct technical support to customers in Norwegian and Swedish markets.
- Understand and troubleshoot solar systems (inverters, batteries, panels and related components.)
- Manage pricing and quotations for service jobs.
- Coordinate with service partners and on-site technicians, describing jobs and considering pricing and technical requirements.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and partners.

Other requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Norwegian or Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.
- Solid technical understanding of solar energy systems.
- Experience in technical support, service coordination, or related fields.
- Strong structure, organization and communication skills.
