What we're looking for An experienced membership and online course launch specialist who has done this before — multiple times, with real results to show for it. This is not a role for someone who has read about membership launches. We need someone who has run them. What you'll do You'll take ownership of our membership launch — from strategy through to sign-ups. That includes: Reviewing our current funnel, messaging and positioning and identifying gaps. Building and executing a launch plan designed to convert our first 100 members. Running or overseeing paid and organic acquisition across the right channels. Managing email sequences, landing pages and conversion optimisation. Reporting clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what we're changing. You'll work directly with the founders. No layers, no committees. Fast decisions and real collaboration. Must-haves Proven experience launching online membership programmes or course communities — not just marketing generally. A track record you can point to: real member numbers, real conversion rates, real results. Familiarity with the membership industry — Stu McLaren, Amy Porterfield, the Membership Guys — you know the ecosystem. Full-stack capability: you can lead strategy and get into implementation. Excellent written and spoken English. Available to work within UK business hours (GMT/BST). Nice to haves Experience with small business, coaching or B2B audiences. Familiarity with AI tools and how to use them in a marketing workflow. Experience with webinar-led funnels as a conversion mechanism. Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model
I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1. Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2. Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. We have a software project that is almost complete, but unfortunately the original developer has become unresponsive, leaving us unable to launch. The project is based around the board game **Backgammon**, which is also played online. Serious players analyse their matches using software called **Extreme Gammon (XG)**. Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required. From our assessment, there are relatively few changes remaining on the desktop version, with a little more work required on the mobile web version. However, we have not yet seen the software fully working, either via a live demonstration or a comprehensive video. We have our own server infrastructure and a dedicated server administrator. The first task would be to assess whether all source code has been deployed correctly, review the current state of the project, and thoroughly test the application to identify any remaining issues before completing the outstanding work. The product was scheduled to launch this coming Friday/Saturday. We appreciate this is ambitious, but if the remaining work is genuinely limited, there may still be an opportunity to meet, or come very close to, that target. The product is a 500ml trigger spray, so the job is a single wrap label built against the manufacturer's dieline. The creative is already settled. This is production artwork: rebuilding the approved layout in Illustrator or InDesign, setting CLP hazard wording, an allergen list and a barcode correctly at small sizes, and delivering a print-ready CMYK PDF with bleed and crop marks plus packaged editable source files. Full ownership of all files transfers to us on payment. The fixed fee should include one round of my amends plus any technical corrections from the manufacturer's compliance check.
