    Before submitting our final proposal, we'd appreciate clarification on a few points:

    1. Which Oracle Database version(s) are currently in use (11g, 12c, 19c, 21c, 23ai, etc.)?

    2. Are the databases hosted on-premises, Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or another environment?

    3. Approximately how many databases or servers require support?

    4. Is the support limited to business hours, or do you require out-of-hours or emergency availability?

    5. Do you require experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, GoldenGate, or Exadata?

    6. What is the expected number of support hours per month?

    7. What hourly rate and monthly retainer have you budgeted for this six-month engagement?

    Before we finalize our pricing for the hourly rate and monthly retainer, could you please clarify a few final points?

    1. What response time or SLA do you expect for out-of-hours support (e.g. 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours)?

    2. Is the engagement purely reactive support, or does it also include activities such as patching, upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning?

    3. Is the monthly retainer for on-call availability only, or does it include a set number of support hours each month?

    4. Will we be the primary Oracle DBA, or is there an internal DBA/team that we'll be working alongside?

    5. Is there existing documentation or runbooks for the environment that we can reference during support?

    6. Would it be possible to have a brief review of the environment or a handover session with the current DBA before finalizing the monthly retainer?

    Once we have this information, we'll be able to provide a fair and accurate commercial proposal.
