’m looking for a point-cloud/BIM specialist to help resolve a file compatibility issue between a Matterport Pro3 E57 point cloud and Archicad 28. Project background I scanned an approximately 100–120 m² furnished apartment using a Matterport Pro3 at Medium Density. The scan consists of approximately 56 scan positions and was captured for an interior designer who needs a sufficiently detailed point cloud to model the existing property in Archicad 28. Matterport generated an E57 point cloud of approximately 6.54 GB. The problem • The original Matterport E57 opens successfully in CloudCompare and contains the required level of detail. • Archicad 28 rejects the original E57 as invalid. • Matterport's MatterPak also provides a cloud.xyz file. This imports correctly into Archicad 28, but the client has confirmed that the point cloud is too sparse for the required interior-design work. • We have already tried opening the high-density E57 in CloudCompare and exporting/converting it to XYZ. The resulting XYZ imports into Archicad, but strange circular artefacts appear in the point cloud. Required outcome I need the original Matterport E57 processed into a clean, high-density XYZ point cloud that imports correctly into Archicad 28, without the circular artefacts, while retaining substantially more point-cloud detail than Matterport's standard MatterPak cloud.xyz. I am NOT currently looking for a BIM model or CAD model. The required deliverable is the processed point cloud. Ideally, I would like the successful freelancer to: Review the original Matterport E57 and existing XYZ examples. Identify the cause of the artefacts/compatibility problem. Produce a small test/sample XYZ first for validation in Archicad 28. Once the sample is confirmed, process the complete apartment. Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also as I said I am not looking for perfection I am looking for a rough physical model that won't win any awards on beauty.

Content Creator& Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, visually minded Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join us at the early stages of building a new women’s fashion and wellness brand. Our brand sits at the intersection of fashion, yoga, wellness and conscious living, with a strong focus on materials, thoughtful design, small collections and a modern, feminine aesthetic. We are currently preparing for launch and want to start building our community, visual identity and story before the first collection drops. What we're looking for Someone who can help us with: Instagram & TikTok content Reels and short-form video Content ideas and creative concepts Storytelling around the journey of building the brand Captions and Stories Content planning and scheduling Following relevant trends without making the brand feel generic Developing a consistent visual style and tone of voice Organic community growth We would particularly love to hear from someone interested in fashion, yoga, wellness, lifestyle or conscious brands. You don't need to have years of agency experience. We are very open to an up-and-coming creator or junior social media manager with great taste, creativity and ambition who would like to grow together with a new brand. Ideally, you are comfortable filming and editing content yourself using a phone, CapCut, TikTok/Instagram tools or similar. The brand will have connections with both the UK and Polish markets, so Polish-speaking creators are particularly welcome, although this is not essential. Collaboration We would like to start with a small project/trial and, if we are a good fit, develop this into an ongoing monthly collaboration leading up to and after the brand launch.
