Hi,
When are you hoping to start? -

Hi, I can build a custom AI inventory management agent using Python, LangChain/AutoGen, APIs, and SQL/NoSQL. It can monitor stock in real time, forecast demand, detect overstock/stockout risks, trigger alerts, and draft purchase orders automatically. I can also integrate it with Shopify, QuickBooks, your ERP, or existing database.
I have experience with AI agents, automation, API integrations, and full-stack development. I’d be happy to discuss your current system and workflow. -

Hi Rachael,
Could you please let me know which inventory/ERP systems and sales channels need to be connected, and whether you already have historical sales and inventory data available for demand forecasting? That will help me design the agent around your actual data flow and determine the right approach for real-time monitoring and automated replenishment.
Thanks,
Naresh -

A few questions that which system is this actually integrating with - Shopify, QuickBooks, or the custom ERP? Roughly how many SKUs and locations? And is PO auto-submission to suppliers something you want eventually, or is human approval the permanent design, not just a phase-one caution?
-

-/ Which system is currently your main source of inventory data i.e. Shopify, QuickBooks, an ERP, or a custom database?
-/ How many warehouses, stores, or sales channels need to stay synchronized?
-/ Do you already have reorder levels and supplier lead times stored, or should the system calculate them dynamically from sales history?
-/ How much historical sales and inventory data is available for forecasting?
