Flag & Face-in-the-Hole Board / Photo Stand-in Design

I'm looking for a Graphic Designer who specialises in Graphic Design, illustration & Drawing to create a flag for a corporate Space Themed Children's Party. Please find an attached design deck to use for the colours & design. For the flag design, it will go into a 12FT X 10FT set & should have a Rocket & the letters "BYCTWD '26" on it.
