Modern Exterior Elevation & 3D Rendering for Mixed Use Building

We require modern, premium exterior elevation designs and photorealistic 3D renders for a stilt + 5-floor mixed-use building located in Hyderabad, India.The building includes residential and leased office spaces, targeting software professionals, and should reflect a contemporary lifestyle/commercial aesthetic rather than a standard apartment block.The project scope includes developing massing and facade concepts for the north, south, and west elevations, producing day and dusk/night photorealistic renders, and delivering a hero perspective render for marketing.Deliverables include high-resolution renders (minimum 3000px), native 3D source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent), and a short materials/finishes schedule.Applicants must have a strong portfolio of exterior architectural renders, experience with modern residential/commercial facade design, and be comfortable working from a fixed floor plate without altering the approved layout.Please share your portfolio and typical turnaround time.
