Freelance Revit Technician / Architectural Technologist Required

We are looking to build relationships with experienced freelance professionals for ongoing project work.

Our projects typically begin with measured surveys, concept sketches and client briefs. We require a freelancer who can develop these into detailed, construction-ready Autodesk Revit models and drawing packages.

Scope of Work
The successful freelancer should be able to:
* Develop two-dimensional survey drawings and concept information into accurate, fully detailed three-dimensional Revit models.
* Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings suitable for manufacture, fabrication and on-site construction.
* Model projects using Revit best practice, making full use of Revit’s capabilities including phases, families, materials, schedules and detailing.
* Prepare drawing packages suitable for UK Building Regulations.
* Produce schedules, quantities, material information and documentation to support estimating and procurement.
* Develop models and drawings to a level suitable for construction and fabrication.
* Work collaboratively with our design team, incorporating revisions and design development as projects progress.

Preferred Experience
We are particularly interested in freelancers with experience in:
* Residential architecture
* Autodesk Revit
* Detailed construction detailing
* UK Building Regulations
* Producing information to support Bills of Quantities and technical specifications
