Website design & build
Hi, I’m looking to have a fairly simple website built for a small business and wanted to enquire about your services and pricing. I’ve already purchased the domain name, so that side of things is sorted. The website itself doesn’t need to be complicated. Its main purpose is for people to be able to look the business up after seeing the URL on the van, signage, etc. I’m thinking either a single landing page or a few simple pages covering the services offered, some photos of previous work, contact details and general information about the business. The only additional feature I’d potentially like is a contact/enquiry form where customers can send over their details and ideally upload photos of the work they’re looking to have done. There would be no online payments, booking system or anything particularly complicated. Could you let me know what you would roughly charge to design and build something like this, and also how the handover works once the website is finished? In particular, I’d want to make sure that once completed I have full ownership and access to the website, including all admin/login details, so that I’m not tied to one person indefinitely and could make basic changes myself or use somebody else in the future if I ever needed to. Obviously I’d be more than happy to come back to you for future updates or amendments, but I’d just like to understand how you normally handle ownership, hosting, ongoing costs and handover before going ahead. Thanks!

Websites, Booking, Payments & Email Automation – 2 Projects
I am seeking an experienced web developer and automation specialist for two business websites that I own or am authorised to develop. Project 1 – SoundPulse: Design and build a simple, non-WordPress, API-ready website. It must include service information, a booking system allowing clients to purchase and schedule a three-session package, secure payments, intake and consent forms, CRM integration, customer tagging and automated booking and follow-up emails. Project 2 – The Octave of Learning: Create a one-page sales and checkout page within an existing authorised WordPress website. Configure payment for our own digital and physical products, customer information collection, purchase-confirmation emails, digital file delivery and instructions for accessing our own educational app. Please advise on WooCommerce or a suitable alternative. Both projects require GDPR-compliant forms and email processes, testing, documentation, training and handover. The developer should first recommend the platforms, booking system, payment provider and CRM, with all setup and ongoing costs clearly explained. This project involves development and integration solely within websites, products and business accounts that we own or are authorised to manage. It does not involve posting listings on third-party websites, circumventing account procedures, generating reviews, spam or breaching another platform’s policies. Please provide relevant portfolio examples, your proposed approach, estimated timeframe and separate fixed-price estimates for each project.
Continuing Education Course Approval & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Remote Must be a native English speaker from an English speaking country. Task based About the Role We operate continuing education platforms serving licensees across multiple states. We're expanding into new states (Illinois, and others) and need someone to own the entire course-approval lifecycle — from identifying what we need to offer, through getting it approved by the state licensing board, building the actual course, and keeping it compliant and renewed year after year. This is an end-to-end ownership role. You will be the single point of accountability for each state and each course offering: A to Z. What You'll Own Regulatory research Research each target state's CE requirements: required topics, mandatory hour breakdowns, course categories (e.g., core/mandatory vs. elective), instructor and provider qualifications, and approval pathways. Track the specific rules of each licensing board (e.g., Illinois, and other state real estate commissions) and translate them into a concrete plan for what we need to submit. Application & approval Complete and assemble provider and course approval applications for each state, including all supporting documentation (course outlines, timed agendas, learning objectives, assessments, instructor credentials, certificates of completion samples). Submit applications, pay/track fees, and manage the back-and-forth with board reviewers — responding to deficiency notices and revision requests until approval is granted. Course development Develop the actual course content we'll offer for each approved topic — outlines, slides, written materials, quizzes/exams, and answer keys — built to satisfy the board's requirements and our platform's format. Coordinate with subject-matter experts, writers, or AI-assisted content tools as needed. Compliance & renewal Maintain a master calendar of approval expiration dates and renewal deadlines across all states and courses. File renewals on time, update content when regulations change, and keep all course materials and records audit-ready. Monitor regulatory changes in active states and flag anything that affects existing offerings. What Success Looks Like New state offerings go from "we want to enter Illinois" to "approved and live" without items falling through the cracks. No course ever lapses due to a missed renewal. Applications come back approved with minimal deficiency cycles because submissions are thorough the first time. Qualifications Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable owning many parallel deadlines across different jurisdictions. Excellent written communication — you'll be drafting applications, course materials, and formal correspondence with state agencies. Detail-oriented and comfortable reading and interpreting administrative regulations and statutes. Self-directed; able to run a process end-to-end with minimal hand-holding. Nice to have Prior experience with continuing education, professional licensing, accreditation, or regulatory submissions (real estate, insurance, nursing, etc.). Instructional design or course development background.

Facebook / Meta Video Ad Creator — Performance & Hooks Focused We’re looking for someone to turn our existing raw footage into high-performing Facebook/Instagram video ads (30–60 seconds) for our UK wellness brand, NUYU. Important: we are NOT simply looking for a video editor. We can provide plenty of raw footage, UGC, product footage, testimonials and brand assets. What we need is someone who understands performance advertising and knows how to turn that footage into ads designed to sell. You should have strong experience with: * Creating scroll-stopping hooks in the first 1–3 seconds * Understanding why people buy — pain points, desires, objections and curiosity * Structuring ads around Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA * Turning raw UGC/product footage into multiple compelling ad concepts * Writing strong on-screen copy, headlines and CTAs * Pacing, pattern interrupts, captions and visual hooks * Creating different hook/angle variations so we can properly test creative * Understanding what works specifically on Meta/Facebook, rather than simply producing nice-looking videos We are not looking for cinematic brand films. We want ads that feel native to the feed, grab attention quickly and are built around conversion. Ideally, you will have a strong portfolio of DTC/e-commerce Meta ads and be able to explain the thinking behind the creatives — not just show us something that looks good. To apply, please send: 1. 3–5 examples of Meta video ads you’ve personally created. 2. Examples where you were responsible for the hook/concept, not just the edit. 3. A short explanation of how you approach the first 3 seconds of a Facebook ad. 4. Your price per 30–60 second ad and cost for producing multiple hook variations. 5. Any experience within wellness, supplements, health, fitness or beauty. There is potential for ongoing work if we find the right person. We have a significant amount of footage and want to build a regular pipeline of new Meta creative. Please don’t apply if your experience is primarily general video editing. We’re specifically looking for someone who understands direct-response creative, hooks and selling through video.

I run Web Glow, a small web design business helping local salons, beauty businesses and trades in Sutton Coldfield / West Midlands get a working website — no risk to them, I build a free demo first and they only pay if they're happy with it. I need a confident, UK-based caller to phone 15 small business owners from a list I'll provide (name, business, phone number, niche) and: - Introduce Web Glow briefly using a script I'll give you - Handle common objections (script includes 8 branching responses) - Get the owner to commit to a specific day/time for a follow-up phone call, where I'll walk them through their free demo — this is the win, not just a vague "yes, send it over" - Log the outcome in a simple tracker I'll share: business name, call result, and the exact date/time booked (or reason if not booked) What I'll provide: - Full call script with branching objection responses - Prospect list with phone numbers and context notes - A simple online tracker to log outcomes What I'm looking for: - UK-based, confident and natural on the phone, comfortable adapting rather than reading word-for-word - Comfortable calling small business owners (hairdressers, electricians, groomers, etc.) - Available to complete the 15 calls within a few days Note: all calls are plain phone calls, no Zoom/video needed. If this test batch goes well, I'd like to move to an ongoing arrangement — likely a low hourly rate plus a bonus per booked call, or a flat rate per booking. Happy to discuss once we see how the test goes.

Book Launch Funnel & Content Repurposing Strategist
PLEASE NOTE: AI-GENERATED APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED! We are a publishing agency looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional to support us with book launch funnels, launch strategy, and content repurposing campaigns for nonfiction authors. We are looking for someone who can potentially become a long-term collaborator, as we are currently expanding the marketing side of our publishing services. ## What We Are Looking For We currently have two types of projects: 1. 3-Month Book Launch Campaign We already have an existing publishing offer for which we need support developing and executing a 3-month book launch strategy. 2. 6-Month Book Launch + Repurposing Campaign We are also developing a larger publishing offer that includes a 6-month marketing campaign: 3 months before the book launch and 3 months after the launch. The major difference is that these authors will also be actively guesting on podcasts. The goal is to create an interconnected marketing ecosystem: Book + Podcast Appearances → Repurposed Content → Audience Building → Leads → Pre-orders → Book Launch → Continued Book Sales We are not simply looking for someone to post content on social media. We want someone who understands strategy, funnels, repurposing, and customer journeys. We particularly value someone who can bring their own ideas and strategic thinking to the table rather than following a generic marketing template! ## Screening Task To help us find the right person, we have created a small screening task based on a real book we recently published. For the purpose of this exercise, imagine the book has not yet been published and will launch in three months Book: Escape the 9–5 Manuscript: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j-KPlPSlcMmGb1C3g3JfdJsvcohk551p/view?usp=sharing Based on the book, please create a book launch funnel. 1. The funnel: Show the complete customer journey for Dina. 2. 90-day launch roadmap: What happens in Month 1, Month 2 and Month 3? What would they actually prioritize? 3. Repurposing example: Choose ONE specific section/idea from Dina's manuscript and show exactly how they'd turn it into, say, 5 pieces of content across different formats. 4. Implementation: What would they personally build/manage versus what resources would they need from your team? 5. Tech + automation: What tools would they use to build the funnel? Where would they use AI/automation, and where would they require human quality control? 6. KPIs: What would they measure to determine whether the funnel is working, and what would they change if it isn't? 7. Real-world constraint: Give them something like: “The author has a small existing audience and a limited advertising budget. What would you prioritize?” Book Content → Awareness → Lead → Pre-order → Launch → Continued Book Sales We intentionally do NOT want to give you a detailed formula for the funnel. Part of this screening is seeing what YOU would create from the book and how you think strategically. This does not need to be beautifully designed or developed into a complete marketing strategy. Please keep it to one or two pages. We mainly want to understand your strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to turn a book into a cohesive launch campaign. ## Previous Experience & Work Samples Please share 2–3 examples of relevant work you have done previously. Previous experience specifically with book launches is not required, but it is a big plus. Please also tell us a little about your experience and why you believe you would be a good fit for this collaboration. ## Pricing Please include your pricing expectations in your application. If possible, please provide an indication of what you would charge for: * A 3-month book launch strategy, funnel building, and content repurposing campaign * A 6-month book launch and repurposing campaign, including repurposing content from the author's podcast appearances ## How to Apply Please email your complete application by Sunday, September 13, 2026 Your application should include: * Your completed screening task * 2–3 relevant work samples * A short introduction about your experience * Any book launch or author marketing experience, if applicable * Your pricing expectations for the 3-month and 6-month campaigns Please make sure you read and understand the entire project description before applying. **Applications that do not include both the completed screening task and relevant work samples will not be considered.** After the deadline, we will review all complete applications and contact selected candidates with the next step.

The application is already under active development and a substantial part of the frontend and core functionality has been completed. This is not a project starting from scratch. The application is designed primarily for Site Managers and construction professionals to reduce paperwork and simplify daily site administration. Current Functionality The existing application already includes or has working versions of: * Project management * Daily Site Reports * Photo Reports * Health & Safety Observations * Snagging * Toolbox Talks * Site photographs and attachments * Trades and workforce tracking * Plant and equipment hire records * Delivery information and delivery note attachments * Weather and temperature information * Company/project information * Report saving and reopening * PDF report generation * Multi-language input/translation functionality * Voice/speech input functionality * AI-assisted features The application is currently being developed using React/TypeScript and is mobile-first. Remaining Work I would like an experienced developer to review the existing codebase and estimate the work required to bring the application to a reliable production-ready version. Expected remaining work may include: Backend & Accounts * User authentication * User/company accounts * Cloud database * Cloud storage * Data synchronisation * Backup/recovery * Multiple projects per user/company AI & Automation * AI-assisted report generation * OCR for delivery notes/documents * Speech-to-text improvements * Translation improvements * Automated summaries Reports * Final PDF layout improvements * Company branding/logo support * Reliable PDF export * Sharing/email functionality Mobile Application * Preparing the existing application for mobile deployment * iOS support * Android support * Testing on real devices * Performance optimisation * Offline/poor-connection considerations Production Readiness * Security review * Data protection/privacy requirements * Account/data deletion * Error handling * Production database configuration * App Store preparation * Google Play preparation * Final testing and bug fixing What I Am Looking For At this stage, I am particularly interested in receiving a realistic technical assessment and quotation. Please provide: 1. Your estimated number of development hours required to complete the project. 2. Your hourly rate and/or fixed-price estimate. 3. Estimated completion time. 4. Which parts of the existing application you would keep or rebuild. 5. Any technical problems or risks you would expect. 6. Recommended backend/cloud architecture. 7. Your experience with React/TypeScript, mobile apps, AI APIs, OCR and PDF generation. 8. Whether your quotation includes App Store and Google Play submission. 9. Examples of similar business applications you have completed. Important I am not looking for a complete rebuild unless there is a strong technical reason for doing so. The objective is to use the existing application and codebase wherever practical and bring it to production standard. The application will initially be tested by real construction Site Managers before wider commercial release. Please base your proposal on completing and improving an existing working application, rather than estimating the cost of developing the entire product from scratch. I am happy to provide additional information, screenshots and access to the existing codebase to shortlisted developers after initial discussions. Please explain briefly how you would approach the project rather than sending a generic proposal.

KDP EBOOK and PAPERBACK FORMATTER NEEDED.
I am self-publishing a professional book about my own acting technique through Amazon KDP and am looking for an experienced book formatter/typesetter to prepare the finished manuscript for both ebook and paperback publication. This is not a request for editing or rewriting. The manuscript is my own work. I need an experienced book formatter who can take the completed manuscript and turn it into a professional, polished, consistent book suitable for Amazon KDP. It contains: Multiple chapters Practical exercises Exercise instructions Headings and subheadings Lists and structured material Illustrations QR codes linking readers to accompanying exercise videos Front matter and back matter Author information and supporting material The current manuscript is approximately 42 pages of content, but I expect it to grow to approximately 60 pages once the remaining material, illustrations and supporting sections are added. The final page count is therefore not yet fixed. WHAT I NEED I need the book professionally formatted for: 1. Amazon Kindle ebook and 2. Amazon KDP paperback I would like the ebook formatting established first so that we have a consistent professional typographic and visual system, which can then be adapted appropriately for the fixed-layout paperback. PAPERBACK FORMATTING The paperback needs to be genuinely KDP-ready, not simply a Word document converted to PDF. You will need to deal professionally with: Page size and margins Typography Chapter openings Heading hierarchy Exercise headings Subheadings Page breaks Page numbering Headers/footers where appropriate Illustrations Captions where required Lists and instructional material QR codes Front matter Back matter Table of Contents Consistency throughout the book The final paperback should look like a professionally published specialist book, not a self-published document. QR CODES & VIDEO LINKS The book contains QR codes linking readers to animated exercise videos. For the paperback, these will be presented as QR codes that readers can scan with a phone. For the ebook, I would like the corresponding video destinations handled as clickable links/buttons where supported, rather than relying on QR codes alone. Please explain how you would handle this. EBOOK Please tell me exactly which ebook format(s) you can supply and whether you prepare the file specifically for Amazon Kindle/KDP. I want the ebook to reflow properly rather than simply being a PDF of the paperback. The typography, headings, illustrations and links should work properly across different Kindle screen sizes. IMPORTANT – THIS IS NOT AN EDITING JOB I am not hiring an editor to rewrite the book. The content and wording are mine. ILLUSTRATIONS I am currently finalising the interior illustrations. The formatter will need to be comfortable positioning illustrations professionally within the text and ensuring they reproduce correctly in both the ebook and paperback. The illustration style and number of illustrations are still being finalised, which is why I need someone experienced enough to make sensible layout decisions. FIXED FEE £175 fixed fee for: ebook + paperback/KDP interior formatting I am looking for a fixed project price rather than a price that continually increases according to page count, provided the final book remains within this approximate range and the agreed scope. Please state clearly what is included in your £175 quotation. I would also like the quotation to include at least two rounds of reasonable revisions/corrections. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF... I am particularly interested in seeing examples of: KDP paperback interiors Kindle/ebook formatting Non-fiction books Educational/instructional books Books containing illustrations Books with QR codes or hyperlinks Please don't send me examples of websites, logos, social media graphics or general Canva work. PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS How many KDP books have you formatted? Can you format both Kindle ebook and KDP paperback? What software do you use? Can you provide the final KDP-ready files? How would you handle the QR codes for paperback and clickable links for ebook? How do you handle illustrations in both formats? Please show me 2–3 examples of actual book interiors you have formatted. Does your £175 quotation include both formats and two rounds of revisions? How long would you expect the completed formatting to take once I supply the final manuscript? FINAL NOTE This is a project I care about enormously and I want the finished book to look professional, coherent and genuinely publishable. I am looking for someone who understands book design and KDP production, rather than someone who simply knows how to make a document look attractive in Word or Canva. If you have the right experience, please send examples of your actual book-formatting work and a fixed quotation. Thank you.
11 days ago32 proposalsRemoteFull-Stack Developer for UK Pub Rating & Review Platform
## The Pub Index – UK Pub Rating & Review Platform I am looking for a full-stack web developer to build the first version of **The Pub Index**, a new UK pub discovery and rating platform. I currently have my own database of pubs that I have personally visited and rated in Excel. I now want to develop this into a scalable website where people can discover pubs, view my official Pub Index ratings and reviews, create accounts and submit their own ratings. The website will initially focus on England but should be built so it can eventually expand throughout the UK. ### Two Separate Rating Systems A key requirement is keeping these completely separate: **1. The Pub Index Rating** My own editorial rating for pubs I have personally visited and reviewed. This includes an overall score, category scores and written review. **2. Community Rating** Ratings submitted by registered website users. For pubs I haven't personally reviewed, the page could show: **Pub Index Rating: Not Yet Rated** **Community Rating: 7.8/10 (42 ratings)** ### England-Wide Pub Database I do not want to manually create thousands of individual pub pages. I need a scalable database containing pubs throughout England. I am open to recommendations regarding the most appropriate legally usable pub/location data source or API. Each pub should ideally have its own automatically generated page containing information such as name, town/city, county and postcode. I also need the ability to manually add or edit pubs. ### Website Features Version 1 should ideally include: * Homepage * Searchable/browsable pub database * Individual pub pages * Official Pub Index ratings and reviews * Separate community ratings * User registration/login * Ability for registered users to rate pubs * Automatic community rating calculation * Rankings (Best Overall, Beer Garden, Service, Value etc.) * Search/filtering by pub/location * Mobile-friendly design * About/How We Rate section Users should eventually be able to browse geographically, e.g.: **England → Surrey → Reigate → Pub** ### Admin System This is very important. I am not a web developer, so I need a simple admin area where I can: * Add/edit pubs * Enter my official ratings * Add/edit reviews * Update pub information * Manage community content/users * Mark pubs as officially reviewed My existing ratings are stored in Excel, so I would also like to initially import this data from Excel/CSV if practical. ### Scalability The website should be database-driven rather than manually creating individual pages. It should be capable of eventually supporting thousands of pubs and leave room for future features such as photos, favourites, pub-owner profiles, achievements, personalised recommendations, social features and potentially a mobile app. These additional features **do not need to be built in Version 1**. ### Ownership I need to retain ownership/control of the website, source code, database, domain and associated accounts. Third-party hosting/database/API accounts should ideally be created under my ownership so I am not permanently dependent on one developer. ### Your Proposal Please explain: 1. What technology you would recommend and why. 2. How you would create/source the England-wide pub database. 3. How the user account and community rating system would work. 4. How I would manage pubs and ratings myself after launch. 5. Your estimated development time. 6. Expected ongoing hosting/API costs. 7. Any additional costs I should be aware of. **Please also provide examples of previous directory, review, marketplace or database-driven websites you have developed.** My priority is building a strong, scalable Version 1 rather than trying to include every possible feature immediately.

I run an Etsy shop (Ochre & Line) selling digital-download botanical wall art print sets. I need an illustrator to produce 50 coordinated sets of 3 prints each (150 individual designs total), all in one consistent house style, built to exact print-production specs. HOUSE STYLE (must match exactly — reference images attached) Hand-painted botanical illustration in a vintage/editorial style. Every leaf, stem, and petal has a fine, confident dark ink outline, filled with watercolour/gouache-style colour with visible brush texture. Subtle paper grain across the background. Full-bleed composition filling the entire canvas edge to edge — no border, no frame, no die-cut or silhouette shapes. No text, lettering, or signature marks anywhere on any print. Portrait orientation. PALETTE (strict across all 50 sets — do not deviate) Terracotta #C1653C · Rust red #A8461C · Dusty rose #D9A6A0 · Olive green #6B7048 · Sage green #9CA77D · Warm cream background #F4EEE3. No blues, no purples, no bright saturated colours outside this list. SCOPE 50 sets, each containing 3 coordinated prints on a distinct subject/theme so the shop's catalogue doesn't repeat itself. I already have themes planned for the first 10 sets (e.g. fresh wildflowers, dried grasses and seed heads, leafy foliage, bold native blooms, garden roses and herbs, citrus branch, autumn berries, minimalist single-stem, potted succulents, pressed botanical/herbarium) — happy to share this list, and I'd want your input proposing themes 11-50 following the same logic: each set visually distinct from the others, still on-brand and on-palette. TECHNICAL SPECS (per print, all 150 files) Minimum native resolution 1122x1402px, high enough to hold up when scaled to true 300 DPI at these sizes: A5, A4, A3, 5x7", 8x10", 11x14", 16x20". Reference pixel dimensions at 300 DPI: A5 1748x2481 · 5x7 1500x2100 · 8x10 2400x3000 · A4 2481x3508 · 11x14 3300x4200 · A3 3508x4961 · 16x20 4800x6000 MOCKUPS For each set: 5 additional listing photos showing all 3 prints together, framed, in photorealistic room settings (2 different rooms + 1 clean product/flat-lay shot). No text on any mockup. DELIVERY FORMAT (per set) One ZIP per set, structured as: Set_XX/01_Print_Files/ (3 master PNGs, each its own file — not crops from a combined sheet) and Set_XX/02_Etsy_Mockups/ (3 mockup PNGs). WHAT TO AVOID - Delivering prints as crops from a combined/composite image — each must be its own independently created master file - Any colour outside the specified palette - Any text, watermark, or signature on prints or mockups - Flat vector/clipart style — this must read as genuine hand-painted illustration, not a simple graphic TO APPLY Please share a portfolio sample in this exact style if you have one, or a quick test piece. Given the scope (50 sets), I'd like to start with a small paid trial of 2-3 sets before committing to the full run, so we can confirm style fit and workflow before scaling up.

Zendesk AI Customer Support Expert Needed
We are looking for an experienced AI / Zendesk / Customer Support Automation specialist to help us turn our historical support data into a comprehensive knowledge base and AI-powered customer service system. Phase 1 – Analyse Zendesk History We have thousands of historical customer conversations in Zendesk. We want these analysed to identify and categorise: - Common customer questions - Technical support & PC troubleshooting - Order and delivery enquiries - Returns, collections & refunds - Warranty enquiries - Cancellations - Damaged/missing items - Marketplace enquiries - Common responses from our team - Complaints & escalations - Situations requiring human intervention The objective is to extract the valuable knowledge contained within years of real customer conversations and convert it into structured, reusable company knowledge. Phase 2 – Build Our Knowledge Base We want a properly structured internal knowledge base covering our products, policies, procedures, troubleshooting and customer service processes. We DO NOT simply want thousands of previous responses copied into a database. Information should be reviewed, consolidated and structured so AI can reliably understand: Customer Question → Relevant Company Knowledge → Correct Recommended Response Where historical answers conflict or company policy is unclear, these should be flagged for our team to review rather than AI making assumptions. This knowledge base should become the central source of truth for both our staff and AI. Phase 3 – AI-Assisted Zendesk Responses We then want AI integrated into our Zendesk workflow. Initially, AI should draft responses rather than automatically send them: Customer Email → AI Analyses Ticket → Searches Knowledge Base → Reviews Relevant Context → Drafts Response → Agent Reviews/Edits → Send AI should also learn our preferred customer service tone/style from approved examples. Accuracy is extremely important. AI must be grounded in approved company knowledge and must not invent policies, warranty information, technical instructions or promises to customers. Clear rules should determine when AI can confidently assist and when a ticket requires human escalation. Phase 4 – Further AI & Automation We also want you to identify other opportunities to automate our customer service operation, including: - Automatic ticket classification/tagging - Intent & priority detection - Complaint/sentiment detection - Suggested macros/responses - Ticket summarisation - Chargeback/dispute detection - Urgent order/delivery detection - Technical support routing - Repeat-contact identification - Automatically requesting missing information - AI troubleshooting assistance - Suggested follow-up questions - Quality checking agent responses - Reporting on common contact reasons - Identifying recurring product faults/issues We would eventually like to investigate extending the system to assist with Amazon, eBay and Temu customer messages, subject to available APIs/integrations. Important We are NOT looking for someone to simply connect ChatGPT to Zendesk. We want someone capable of understanding our business, analysing historical data and designing a reliable, scalable AI customer service infrastructure. We are open to Zendesk's native AI capabilities, OpenAI/LLMs, RAG, vector databases, APIs and third-party automation platforms. We want the successful applicant to recommend the best architecture rather than us dictating the technology. Experience We're Looking For Ideally you will have experience with: - Zendesk & Zendesk APIs - OpenAI / LLM integrations - RAG & AI knowledge bases - Vector databases / semantic search - Customer support automation - E-commerce customer service - API/workflow automation - Prompt engineering & AI evaluation - GDPR/data privacy Previous experience building AI customer service systems from historical ticket data is highly desirable. When Applying Please explain: 1. Your Zendesk experience. 2. Similar AI customer service systems you have built. 3. How you would analyse thousands of historical tickets. 4. How you would structure our knowledge base. 5. How you would integrate AI-generated drafts into Zendesk. 6. How you would minimise hallucinations/incorrect responses. 7. Your recommended technology/architecture. 8. Any Amazon/eBay/marketplace integration experience. 9. Estimated timeframe and approach. Please provide examples of similar projects where possible. Our Goal We want to create an AI customer service co-pilot that helps our team respond faster and more consistently while maintaining human oversight. The system should reduce repetitive work, preserve our accumulated company knowledge and allow customer service to scale with our sales volume. If successful, there will likely be ongoing work maintaining, improving and expanding the system.
