Finish & Prepare Existing Construction Site Management App for Production Release

Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced developer to review, complete and provide a detailed estimate for an existing mobile-first construction site management application.

The application is already under active development and a substantial part of the frontend and core functionality has been completed.

This is not a project starting from scratch.

The application is designed primarily for Site Managers and construction professionals to reduce paperwork and simplify daily site administration.

What I Am Looking For

At this stage, I am particularly interested in receiving a realistic technical assessment and quotation.

Please provide:

1. Your estimated number of development hours required to complete the project.
2. Your hourly rate and/or fixed-price estimate.
3. Estimated completion time.
4. Which parts of the existing application you would keep or rebuild.
5. Any technical problems or risks you would expect.
6. Recommended backend/cloud architecture.
7. Your experience with React/TypeScript, mobile apps, AI APIs, OCR and PDF generation.
8. Whether your quotation includes App Store and Google Play submission.
9. Examples of similar business applications you have completed.

Important

I am not looking for a complete rebuild unless there is a strong technical reason for doing so.

The objective is to use the existing application and codebase wherever practical and bring it to production standard.

The application will initially be tested by real construction Site Managers before wider commercial release.

Please base your proposal on completing and improving an existing working application, rather than estimating the cost of developing the entire product from scratch.

I am happy to provide additional information, screenshots and access to the existing codebase to shortlisted developers after initial discussions.
