I am seeking an experienced web developer and automation specialist for two business websites that I own or am authorised to develop.

Project 1 – SoundPulse: Design and build a simple, non-WordPress, API-ready website. It must include service information, a booking system allowing clients to purchase and schedule a three-session package, secure payments, intake and consent forms, CRM integration, customer tagging and automated booking and follow-up emails.

Project 2 – The Octave of Learning: Create a one-page sales and checkout page within an existing authorised WordPress website. Configure payment for our own digital and physical products, customer information collection, purchase-confirmation emails, digital file delivery and instructions for accessing our own educational app. Please advise on WooCommerce or a suitable alternative.

Both projects require GDPR-compliant forms and email processes, testing, documentation, training and handover. The developer should first recommend the platforms, booking system, payment provider and CRM, with all setup and ongoing costs clearly explained.

This project involves development and integration solely within websites, products and business accounts that we own or are authorised to manage. It does not involve posting listings on third-party websites, circumventing account procedures, generating reviews, spam or breaching another platform’s policies.

Please provide relevant portfolio examples, your proposed approach, estimated timeframe and separate fixed-price estimates for each project.

    2/ Which payment provider or business payment account are you currently using, if any, for SoundPulse and The Octave of Learning? What currencies, taxes, discounts, refunds, coupons or payment methods need to be supported for each project?

    3/ What digital and physical products will initially be sold, and approximately how many products/variants need to be configured? For digital products, what file types are being delivered, and should customers receive a secure download link with an expiry or download limit?

    For SoundPulse, do you want the booking, payment and CRM layers to operate as separate connected services, or do you want one system to act as the primary source of truth for customer status, package entitlement and session usage?

    Please share the current website/domain/hosting details for both projects, WordPress access for The Octave of Learning, any existing booking/payment/CRM accounts, brand assets and copy, product/service details, consent/intake wording, and any preferred tools or platforms already in use.
