The structure will be: - An agreed base fee (slightly reduced) - Performance bonuses paid on top when agreed targets are achieved Targets will be defined upfront and may include: - Moving agreed keywords from outside the top 30 into the top 20 - Top 20 into top 10 - Top 10 into top 3 - Rankings sustained for an agreed period (e.g. 30 days) Bonuses are paid once targets are hit and verified via agreed tools (e.g. Google Search Console or rank tracking software). Confirmation you’re comfortable working with clear targets and performance incentives Generic proposals will be ignored.
