Scope of work
Google Ads
- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversions.
- Manage budgets, bids, and negative keywords.
- Track performance and provide regular reports.
Email Marketing (Referral-Based)
- Manage email campaigns using referral contacts provided by contractors who already work with landlords.
- Build and optimise email sequences within a CRM/email automation tool.
- Segment contacts and track engagement (opens, replies, conversions).
- Improve deliverability and response rates through testing and optimisation.
This is an ongoing project and we will need somebody to work with on a long term basis

Are there specific services you want to promote like property management, tenant finding, or rent guarantee or should we target broadly?
Do you have conversion tracking set up in Google Ads for form fills or calls, or should I implement that?
Also, are the email referral contacts already segmented, or should I help structure them for better targeting?
