Birmingham, GBI hired this freelancer to carry out development work on my physiotherapy clinic website. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Following the commencement of work, several technical issues appeared that were not present beforehand. This caused significant disruption to my business website and required additional cost to rectify through a third party. No agreed deliverables were completed. Communication was initially responsive but did not translate into satisfactory results. I had no choice but to change my login credentials to prevent further access. I would not recommend this freelancer for website development work.

At the start of the project, the website was already experiencing underlying technical issues, including repeated internal errors that limited access to the WordPress dashboard. This was communicated early, along with the recommendation that these issues be resolved at the server level before further development.
Despite these limitations, I successfully completed the requested mobile responsiveness improvements, which were delivered and functioning correctly.
Further progress was restricted due to ongoing backend errors, limited access, and missing required information. I made multiple attempts to assist in identifying the issue, but without full access, it was not possible to safely continue.
The work delivered reflects what was achievable under the circumstances.

Prescot, GBHi Khadijah,
Thank you for the Milestone 1 delivery and the Behavioural Architecture documentation.
I’ve completed a full review, and I’m satisfied that the work aligns with the agreed scope, including the journey architecture, pathway logic, behavioural decision structure, and CTA behavioural principles across Parents, Students, and Schools. The document provides a clear behavioural foundation and is structured appropriately for downstream implementation.
I’ll now proceed with releasing the Milestone 1 payment.
With that confirmed, please move forward into Milestone 2 as outlined, focusing on translating the approved behavioural architecture into the full execution blueprint layer, including:
• CTA behaviour specification matrix
• Funnel trigger and event mapping
• Tool stack and integration architecture
• CRM pipeline and data structure design
• Implementation-ready handover documentation
As previously agreed, this phase remains architecture-only and continues to exclude UI design, copywriting, implementation, optimisation, or marketing strategy.
Please confirm once Milestone 2 work has commenced and share structured progress checkpoints as you move through this phase.
Appreciate the professionalism and clarity you’ve maintained so far — looking forward to the next stage taking shape.
Patrick
