Mobile Responsiveness Fix & Desktop UI Improvements

Overview
I am the owner of Four Oaks Physio, a physiotherapy and acupuncture clinic based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. Our website is built on WordPress using Elementor and Rank Math SEO. The site is live at fouroaksphysio.co.uk and I am looking for an experienced Elementor developer to fix a number of mobile responsiveness issues and desktop UI inconsistencies across the site.

Current Issues to Fix
Mobile Issues (Priority)
• 3-dot dropdown menu not appearing on homepage on mobile — present on all other pages. It’s inconsistent with android and apple.
• Existing smart slider hero image needs to be changed to static image
• General mobile layout not responsive — content, padding, and spacing not adapting correctly across pages
• Text sizing inconsistent on mobile across pages
Desktop Issues
Duplicate "Book An Appointment" nav button — every page The nav still shows [Book An Appointment][Book An Appointment] back to back Fouroaksphysio on every single page. This looks broken to visitors and needs one removed in Appearance → Menus.
General
• Full review of all pages on both mobile and desktop to catch any additional responsiveness or layout issues not listed above
• Ensure consistent header and footer templates are applied correctly across all pages including the homepage
• Ensure all changes are compatible with existing Rank Math SEO setup — no SEO settings or meta data to be altered

About the Site
The site has approximately 10–12 pages including service-specific landing pages, a blog, FAQs, and a contact page. It is an active business website so any work should be done carefully with minimal disruption. I can provide WordPress admin access securely once a proposal is agreed.
