REMOTE COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST.

Project Brief
Silverlight Research Network requires a remote calling freelancer to assist with a defined outreach project. The assignment involves contacting prospective business leads, delivering a short service introduction, and recording response outcomes for internal review.

This is a freelance project, not an employment offer.

Geographic Eligibility (Mandatory):
This project is open only to freelancers currently based in the countries listed below.
Submissions from outside these locations will not be evaluated.

Eligible Locations:
South Africa, Mexico, Romania, Albania, Serbia, Estonia, Argentina, Colombia, Macedonia, Turkey, Egypt, Kosovo, Bosnia.

Project Tasks:
-Place calls to contacts supplied by our team
-Share a brief overview of our services using provided guidelines
-Identify contacts who express interest
-Capture call feedback and basic details accurately
-Forward positive responses to the internal sales unit

Freelancer Requirements:
-Clear and understandable spoken English
-Comfortable communicating by phone with new contacts
-Previous experience with client outreach or call-based tasks is a plus
-Reliable internet access and a quiet calling environment
-Ability to follow instructions and meet agreed call volumes

Project Budget:
-Fixed monthly project budget (open to discussion)
-Please state your expected rate in your proposal
