About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is strategic, commercially minded, and confident in negotiating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
