Two PPC landing pages for UK financial services I’m looking for a designer/developer to create two simple, high-converting landing pages for PPC campaigns: - Equity Release - Adverse Credit Remortgages I have an existing landing page from another business that I would like to use as a reference, particularly the overall structure and flow of its data-capture form. The intention is not to copy the site, but to create something similarly simple and effective. The aim is deliberately minimalist: reassure visitors, provide enough information for them to understand the service, and then quickly and efficiently collect their details for us to contact them. I can provide the core copy and regulatory wording, although input on presentation, structure and conversion-focused wording would be welcome. Book cover design using my original linocut artwork

Hello I'm looking for an experienced book cover designer to create a professional cover for my adult contemporary fantasy novel, The Fantastical Overlook Bakery. I am also a printmaker and have created a collection of original linocut prints specifically for the cover. I do not need an illustrator to create new artwork. Furthermore, I want the finished cover to use my own linocut artwork. I have created a rough mock-up showing the general concept and composition I have in mind (using canvas as it was the best I could do), which I will attach. I can also provide high-resolution scans of the individual linocut prints for the designer to work with. Looking for someone who can take these elements and develop them into a polished, professional book cover, particularly through strong composition, typography and colour treatment while retaining the handmade character of the original prints. The current intended paperback trim size is 5.5 × 8.5 inches. Ultimately, I will require a full paperback wrap (front, spine and back) prepared to the correct specifications for Ingram Spark. The final spine width will be supplied once the interior page count is confirmed. I would like my original linocut artwork to remain the basis of the cover, but I am open to some elements being professionally refined or touched up where needed. In particular, some of the human figures may benefit from additional refinement. The aim is to replace the source face with mine while preserving natural expressions, head movement, body gestures during yoga poses, as well as lip synchronization with the provided voice. It should convincingly mimic a live session's feel. Applicants should have expertise in AI video generation, face replacement, body motion tracking, voice cloning, and backend integration techniques.
