The Role

CHX is creating the future of real estate investing. We are hiring for cognition, not credentials.

This is a fully remote consultant role. It isn't about running someone else's campaign calendar. It requires judgement, creativity, and the discipline to prove what works. The premise is simple: clear targets, a dedicated budget, and an uncapped commission structure that rewards every qualified landlord you bring through the door.

You'll work directly with the founding team in London. You will be CHX's marketing function. You'll own the inbound landlord pipeline end-to-end across paid ads, email/SMS campaigns, and lead generation, and hand qualified leads to the Portfolio Development team to close. This is a role for someone who wants to test, measure, and own their results, not execute a brief.
